Quite, clean, no have coffe machines when breakfast, can’t enjoyed fresh coffe. Your staff in Restaurant & housekeeping lack of smile.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I booked the superior suite. The room is great with ample space for living room and bed room. The bad point is the wifi signal is not stable. Beside that, everything was perfect. Food is great, however breakfast was little bit dissapointing. The room service however was good with plenty of choices. The hotel is great and i will want to go there again someday.

Taps leaking, light bulbs not working, TV not working, very dirty carpets, sheets with stains, sheets and linen grey, cafe food horrendous, cafe poorly maintained, cannot get a working coffee machine.......

I have personally reviewed your detailed comments regarding the leaking taps, non-working light bulbs and TV, the extremely dirty carpets, stained linens, and the unacceptable state of our café facilities. Please accept our sincerest apologies for these significant shortcomings. The conditions you described are well below the standards of service and quality we promise our guests, and certainly not the experience expected by a valued Accor Silver member. We have already initiated immediate action with our operational teams to rectify these systemic issues, including a deep clean of all specified areas, maintenance checks on all room amenities, and a review of our F&B operations. As a gesture of our apology and following a final discussion with the management team regarding the extent of the failures during your stay, we have processed 3,000 Accor Live Limitless points to your membership account today.
