I stayed at this hotel after arriving on the Eurostar from London one evening. The hotel is incredibly convenient! You can find it around 30-40 metres in front of the Eurostar check in terminal. When you arrive on Eurostar you arrive at the level above and you walk down to the main floor with most trains. Walk towards the main station and the hotel is to the left in front of the check in Eurostar area. I found the hotel to be great. My room was large, had everything I wanted, was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choises, good quality and plenty of tables. If I was arriving on Eurostar in the evening I will definitely stay here again. It is also very convenient for the Brussels Metro as the entrance is less than 100 metres from the hotel.

Our stay was only for one night as we were departing from Brussels airport the following morning. The hotel is ideally located as access is direct from Midi Station which was perfect for the train to and from the airport. Check-in was fine and the the receptionist was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and bright, however, there was a problem with the TV which could not be remedied and we were given another room with a functional TV. Many reviewers have suggested feeling uncomfortable walking around the surrounding area of the property, however, we had no issues on this visit or indeed on my previous stay here. Breakfast was acceptable, but I have to concede, it could have been better. The tourist area around Grand Place is a comfortable 20 minutes walk despite the major construction on the road leading to it. The Pullman is fine for a short stay or transit and I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

There are many hotels in brussels and I think I have stayed in many of them, until I found the Pullman midi many years ago. For me it is the best option logistically, it is located in the same station where I can work easily if there is a change in my schedule, and I am in the city centre. The hotel staff is really attentive. There hasn't been a single time that I haven't felt at home, they leave me personalised notes and this kind of detail makes you feel unique. See you very soon
