The staff at the reception was incredibly helpful and kind! But the housekeeping was terrible, I put the red sign because I wanted to sleep and on the day of check-out she tried coming in twice, she should know red is do not disturb even if she can't read and she never really cleaned, what's the point? The toilet seat was dark bege with stains all over, they could have better maintenance or at least deep cleaning. The shower looked like hasn't been cleaned for months with yellow and orange stains, plenty of mold near it too and never made my bed. I am pleased it was very well located, safe and again the reception was so helpful, mainly the lady from check-in, but the conditions and cleaning made my stay not so comfortable.

I had made a mistake with my date. However, the manager on duty was able to change it and we were allocated a 3- bed room and he brought in an extra single bed. This was excellent service.
