The room was comfortable and the staff were professional during my stay—I genuinely appreciated the hospitality. However, I'm puzzled by what's happened since checkout. The hotel charged my card for the stay, which is completely expected, but the deposit has still not been returned to my account. It feels like something has been overlooked in the checkout process. I've reached out to the reservations team but haven't received a resolution yet. I want to be fair here—the stay itself was good. But it's hard for me to recommend Pullman when I'm still waiting for my own money to be returned. I'm confident this is just an oversight and that the team will make it right. Once the deposit is back on my card, I'd be happy to update my review to reflect the full experience. Looking forward to a quick resolution.

The room is very spacious and the bed is really comfortable. The only thing not too good is the water pressure from the shower. Also. The sealant on the bathroom floor is peeling and needs to be replaced.

Concierge especially Mike were outstanding. Breakfast staff not so good. Need to clear tables more quickly and be more courteous to staff. Members lounge was very much appreciated after a long day sightseeing.

I was not particularly satisfied with this stay. As soon as I opened the room door, there was a noticeable musty smell, and small moths flew right towards me upon entering. The cleanliness and room ventilation clearly need improvement.

Really enjoyed staying at the Pullman Shanghai - the rooms are new, big, and clean. Food at breakfast and in room-service is also great

I wrote to the Pullman Shanghai about a day before my arrival, advising them that my plane lands at 6am and my flight leaves at 4pm the next day. They did their best to accomodate me for a super early check in and a late check out to match almost flawlessly with my flight schedule. The room itself was spacious, clean and quiet. With excellent water pressure in the shower. The lounge on the 24th floor was a quiet, peaceful refuge from the bustling street outside the hotel and served finger foods/snacks and drinks throughout the day. Nothing too over the top, but a welcomed amenity nonetheless. I've stayed at several Accor properties in Shanghai, and can safely say that the breakfast here is better than most. With a wide variety of cuisine to satiate every appetite.

This hotel is quite dated, rooms have not been renovated in at least 8-10 years. Location is OK, not great.
