A place that truly feels like home. Excellent service from Jehan, Nur, and Arif at the Front Office — attentive, warm, and professional throughout the stay. Hari from Housekeeping Team is also very details when it comes to cleanliness. The breakfast was good, the location is great and easily accessible, and the overall experience was very memorable. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Tangerang. Keep up the great service and facilities!

This hotel one of my favourit place to stay if visit Tangerang area. The staf was incredible friendly, I felt at home as they always recognize me since arrival at front. They have connecting door to the mall, that's easy for me to find something during stay. Spacious room with a good view. Lots of variety menu on breakfast. One of my favourit also the gym and sauna. At night I always came to their sixth sense bar, I love the ambience and enjoying churos one of favourit menu. And another one, the beautiful view also can find on 20 floor at lounge. That's always amazing stay for me
