If you're thinking of Accor Chair hotel must be good. Then in this case it doesn't hold that pride. It is simply a budget hotel that cannot hold international chain reputation. So many areas need improvements.

As far as location is concerned it was very close to the venue of our conference. Food was tasty - a little rich for me . Great staff at the reception but check in took some time.

I was apprehensive to stay in a 180 sqft room as the usual experience at any IBIS property is the rooms are suffocatingly small especially when they have a small window which makes the room more cramped. However IBIS Navi Mumbai has a smart design of the compact bathroom which is curved giving more space to the room. Thanks to the designer for this smart layout. Very impressed. The food buffet is NOT the longest as mentioned in the website or booking page. And the dinner at Rs 1200 is not impressive for just a few buffet dishes. There is a lunch thali which the hotel can consider serving for dinner as well. But the food is enough. Service is excellent all through the hotel from front desk reception to restaurants. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
