First time staying in a first-floor room in a long time, so was concerned about noise, foot traffic, and safety, but no issues at all. Nice large room with very large bathroom. Prices seemed slightly high for the city, but overall reasonable.

Great hotel, polite and professional staff, especially the girls from the reception, good and tasty breakfast, very good food in the hotel restaurant, nice executive lounge got the Platinum members, nice big room very good equipped, good location of the hotel, good and comfortable hotel parking I always stay in this hotel when I come to Ostrava.

Only booked this hotel as it was the only hotel in Ostrava that I have status in Location was reasonable mainly due to decent public transport but Ostrava doesn’t seem to have a traditional centre so it was trams and buses everywhere with stops outside the hotel, although no direct connection to the bus station we arrived in Old building and getting around in it definitely gets your daily steps in, booked two rooms on same booking at they were allocated on totally different floors and at least a 5 minute walk away at the other end of the building. They could have allocated them closer I’ve no doubt as the hotel was pretty empty Room was decent, bathroom in particular was modern, the bedroom not so and a dated look with a very low bed but it was confortable enough. Bar was poor was awful opening hours and a really poor menu so we went out every night Id probably return if in the area but again only because I have Accor status

Had a great one night stay. Hotel was extremely clean, well decorated and quiet. My room was comfortable and loved the black out shades! Ordered room service; food was only ok, a little bland, but the young lady who brought the order to my room was very kind and polite!
