1. I phoned call to the front office on Saturday, asking for getting late check-out at 5 pm, staff was really nice to tell me that on Aug 11-12 only 20% of occupancy rate, so there no problem to get the benefit on the day I asked for, so I plan to meet up my client in Huahin at 5 pm on Aug 12. Problem: On Aug 12, I have to check out at 1 pm since the front told me that they have a lot of guests waiting because of the holiday. Why did you guys confirm me to book the room before I have paid for the room? I know this is room subject available policy but if not can be happening. Please don't promise the guest the things that you are not sure about or cannot do. 2. The welcome letter from the manager. Problem: I got someone else name, not my name and you guys did not get me the new one. 3. The moss all around the pool of the villa. 224570112_214874087241210_4861122172422395539_n.jpg 4. The jacuzzi bathtub. Problem: We have to call number 1 every time we want to use it. There is no hot water at night. 5. We booked the room for 3 people but we got bath amenities only for two. When we talked to the butler, she is a really nice lady but she should not tell us that we merely get the extra a little bit more. ProblemCompare with Movenpick Huahin that we just check-out on Aug 11, they set everything in the room for 3 people. Including the breakfast but the V Villas asking me to pay for the extra breakfast or use the Accor plus voucher. This should not happen when we already paid for 3 people when we booked the room. 6. Turn down benefit Problem There was no turn down when we phoned the butler she said in this meantime, she scared to get in the guest room. Wait!! Movenpick they did for us and all of us just move into the pool to prevent things. 7. Number 1 of the phone is hard to connect, but this is ok if we have a nice bulter. 8. The curtain in the living room is not completely closed but it's ok we don't take it seriously. 9. When the rain's fall, the staff come to clean the outdoor daybed, Problem He said the daybed is wet. Cannot be replaced or get the new one. We have to wait until it dry and the next day no one comes to make up for it still. 10. We use the birthday cake voucher from Accorplus and we got a Happy mother's day cake instance.

A memorable 4 nights stay at V Villa

My husband and I had spent our Lunar new year vacation in V Villa Hua Hin and would like to draw down a few words of our experiences. It took us more than three and a half hours from Bangkok airport to V Villa in Hua Hin, which was quite an exhausting travel. However, once we reached there and led to our own villa, both of us felt that the three hours’ traffic was really worth. The villa is huge and cozy, clean, modern and well decorated, with a private swimming pool accessible from both the living and bedroom. Coffee maker, snack bar and minibar all well equipped. Although there is only one restaurant at the villa, it offers a wide range of foods and beverages with unexpectedly high standard, as well as a good dining environment. The breakfast also offers a full range of delicious foods and drinks, from east to west, tea to sparkling wine, different cooking types of eggs that you name it…etc. Don’t forget to try the mushroom soup. It’s beyond our widest dream. Besides, we also took an opportunity to have a “floating” breakfast at our own private swimming pool which was really a very memorable experience. We also had the experience of an in-villa BBQ dinner which was so delightful that I would say it is a MUST activity at the V Villa. About the activities at the villa, we really appreciated the nicely designed swimming pool and the clean, soft sand and refreshing beach next door. Since it was Lunar New Year, the hotel staff was so lovely and helpful and found us a firecracker to enhance the holiday atmosphere. We also participated an outdoor activity trekking to the Pranburi Forests Park along the mangrove forest and taking boat trips along the small water channels, which finished with an excellent meal arranged by the hotel staff Jennifer. In summary, we were very happy with the hospitability of the hotel staffs, big thanks to Jennifer, Cedric, Butler Tan and Amm, the good accommodation, good food and exciting activities. We would certainly come again and we also highly recommend V Villa Hua Hin to our friends.

We stayed at the V Villa Hua Hin from September 20-25, 2019. I will have to say the location, the staffs and the set-up of the resort is very nice but there are a few issues of which I would like to bring up and came to someone's attention. We have booked a one-bedroom pool villa but unfortunately the room was not very ideal. It was dim and has lots of mosquitoes and bugs. Anyway, we stayed for one night and the next day we asked your staff to show us other types of villas. Your staff showed us a two-bedroom pool villa and the Presidential 3-bedroom pool villa. My wife found the 2-bedroom pool villa far much better than the one-bedroom pool villa. So she asked your staff to give her a quote for upgrading to this villa. Your staff came back with a quote 15000 Baht. I asked her if that was the best the resort can do so she went to talk with the manager and came back with 13000 baht all included. We took that as 13000 Baht covered the upgrade for 4 nights (FYI, by the time we moved to the 2-bedroom villa it was passed 6pm already). On the day we checked out of the resort, we realized that it’s 13000 Baht extra per night. We were shocked but your staff insisted that price was for one night. As our ride to Bangkok was waiting, we did not want to waste time to argue so we settled the bill and left for airport. But we think we have to tell someone what had happened. Besides, there were a few things about the hotel that we think needs to be improved: 1. Cleanliness is the first priority. When we moved to the two bedroom villa we found the pillow with blood stain, I immediately ask Tan (the Butler) to come and change it. Blood stain is not good! (Picture attached) 2. The couch was covered with some kind of mucus, don’t know what’s it. It was gross. (Picture attached) 3. The water boiler was so dirty that my wife needs to clean it up before she can use it. 4. The breakfast and F&B, lots of rooms for improvement. That was supposed to be another perfect moment with the Accor Hotel Group but with the misunderstanding, it changed my perspective for the Group.

V Villas is a beautiful retreat. When you walk in and down the long pathway to the villa's there is a real feel of peace and tranquility and privacy. The villa's are beautifully appointed and maintained. Daily and nightly treats were a lovely surprise. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful and the mobile phone to call your butler 24/7 is a very reassuring (although we didnt use it once). One comment is, if you are looking for a lively environment this is not for you. In the 5 days we were there we barely saw another person except at the Cocktail evening on the Friday night. This was perfect for us but may not suit some.
