1. thank you for welcome drinks, room upgraded and late check-out 2. no room service (I did not know about that) 3. no amenities 4. some guests still use lift more than 2 persons, they are not collaborated with hotel policy which "allow only 2 persons in 1 lift"

We and our dog had a very good time staying at Ibis Hua Hin. The room was clean, the lobby was big and had many windows. The beach was near by, and walkable. Breakfast was good, the staff even set up a table for us in the far end of the lobby, so we can have breakfast with our dog. The hotel is close to everything. As for the Covid 19, the hotel had an awesome set up with social distancing, hand gel provided and mask is a must. We highly recommended this hotel and we definitely will stay again in the future.

Keys did not work upon arrival,and offered nothing by way of apology from receptionists when I walked down to asked issueing the new keycards after arrived at late night. After checked in to the room, we found blood stain on the bedsheet, topper got the big brown stain and torn bedsheet after changed to the new one which made us a a bit annoying as we were very tired from the long driving. We ended our night time without either of us having accomplished anything. I am unsastisfy that I wasted a sleeping time waiting for the associates made up the bed and were sleeping with dirty room. My impression of Accor Company has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how my future stay with this loyalty member. I noticed that Ibis is the budged hotel so it will be limited in some part of the service providing but atleast staff should get the well trained, emphathy, handling guest complain and room should be clean as it’s the basic service standard

A good value option in a popular city. Close to the beach but weather was too bad to use. Check in was swift and the room basic but comfortable as always. Did not eat any meals here this time. I will be back as a convenient location for the markets and other attractions in this area.

Not enough info on the change due to Covid-19. No telling guests for the change. For example, slot time for breakfast, no cleaning if not put the sign outside.

A couple of things 1. Housekeeping was quite loud in the morning. 2. At about 10.15 housekeeping staff came into our room without knocking or asking if anyone was in the room. Is this normal? 3. After checkout staff called us that we forgot our phone in the room. We were sure we didnt forget but we went to check it wasnt our. Which means somebody else phone was in the room during our stay and the previous housekeeping staff didnt find it? I would normally post it on travel review sites but recently there was a news that hotel sued a customer for posting negative review. I hope you take this as a constructive critism and try to improve things.
