The IBIS Hua Hin is one of my favorite beach hotels in Thailand. It offers an excellent price-to-service ratio, with great and helpful staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location—not far from the beach, shopping malls, and local markets.

The staff were most helpful and pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean and like any other IBIS (small but perfectly formed). Breakfast had lots of Thai and European options. Plenty of parking and good wi-fi. Slight disappointment in that the restaurant closed earlier than anticipated however there are lots of eateries close by.

Hotel is clean. Location good. Price is effordable. Breakfast is OK. Staff is polite and smiling EXCEPT Ms. Dear who is reception responsible lady. I think she should smile and be more polite during communication with guests. Customers wait smiling face and quick solution for their stay.

Our family of 4 had stayed in a comfortable family room. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a bit tight, but there were everything we needed in it. Our kids love the pool with 120 cm in height, so we don’t need to worry about drowning that much. The service was good with smiles from everyone. Well located.

I stayed at ibis Hua Hin for 1 night as a stopover during a long drive. The hotel is ideally located right along the main route to my final destination, making it super convenient to access. It is affordable and offers great value, especially for travelers who don't need extensive hotel facilities. The location is wonderful—close to popular local markets like Tamarind Market, Cicada Market, and Khao Takiab, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The breakfast was surprisingly good and enjoyable. Although the main parking space is slightly limited, the hotel conveniently provided a backup parking area, so parking was not an issue at all. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stop by again!

I was not provided with the room I had requested. The liquid soap dispenser was pulled out and was not returned. I needed to call the receptionist to bring it back.

I stayed at IBIS Siam BKK before checking into IBIS Hua Hin so I had a chance to compare apple to apple difference between the two assets. I had booked three rooms at Hua Hin so I can confidently say this was not an isolated case. IBIS Hua Hin though smaller seemed a bit run down, the corridor was not well lit and the rooms were poorly maintained. The bed was squeaking and soft and the curtains also seemed quite dull. Our bathroom air-dryer was busted and the intercom phone did not work in the family bedroom. Apart from the rooms and facilities conditions, I must thank the staff for their services who were pretty good overall. They even went out of their way to heat our food and gave us cutlery to use. Credit due is credit well deserved, thank you for that.

I stayed here last year for a few days and again this year waiting on apartment to be ready. The hotel staff are all great but the facility has clearly deteriorated over the year. The carpets are stained, the ceilings have stains and the floors are worn. The tv is so old that it has an external RCA port! It has white patches across the screen when in use, as the LCD panel slowly dies. The welcome drinks for Accor Silver in the many Ibis hotels I stayed at in Europe this year are wine or beer - in Hua Hin its tea or coffee! While its up to management to decide the hotel is pet friendly, my experience of pet owners is that they don't care one bit about the comfort of other guests. I guess at the price one gets what one pays for but again the quality of this Ibis, staff aside, is rather low.
