Bad experience with Ibis Hotel Hua Hin

- location next to busy road meant at noisy stay, ie. at balcon, pool area etc - breakfast very poor and running out of ingredient’s frequently - friendly but not dedicated personel - atmosphere in lobby, restaurant and pool where not cozy - small room and toilet very small - price level in bar where too high - we changed to other other hotel after 4 days even though paid for 14 days

Horror stay!

Front desk staff were extremely rude and clearly racist and the room was very dirty. The room smelled like cannabis to an extend that we were getting intoxicated from the smell. The smell was coming from the neighbouring rooms, through the balcony door despite being closed. As i was with a pregnant woman, this was a very serious health issue and because the staff refused to adhere to the non-smoking policy of the hotel and find a solution, we were forced to leave late at night to another hotel with extra costs involved. I have disputed the amount for the stay and I will not pay for such a diabolical experience.

Good stay, great loyalty recognition

The room was clean, quiet and had a decent sized balcony. The location isn't great if you need to be in the city but it's a very short ride if you rent a motorbike. The hotel has a shuttle service to the second parking lot literally across the road, seems a bit wasteful to not use it for a slightly longer distance like Bluport Mall.
