Good location. Good service from staff. However, it is very bad service for supporting customers whom park the cars in the second car park area which customer has to walk from the hotel building to the second car park on weekday because the shuttle service from hotel to second car park is available only SAT-SUN. I stayed during the long weekend. The first car park in hotel area is full. I have to park in the second parking lot but there is no shuttle service on the MON which is the bank holiday and is on the long weekend. Shuttle service should include long weekend and public holiday and the hotel should have shuttles to support for the the old, the little children, and the carrier with heavy stuff and baggage. Should not answer only the shuttle is available only SAT and SUN.

Located nearby the beach, located nearby good weekend night markets, located nearby departmental store. Friendly front desk staffs (except for one!), Compact but comfortable room, needs renovation for better experience. When compared to Ibis Seoul and Ibis Singapore, this hotel feel dated. I guess I have really enjoyed the Ibis at Seoul and Singapore. The breakfast quality is understandable relating to price. I have really enjoyed the breakfasts at Ibis Seoul and Singapore. Because of my high expectations, it let me down a bit at Ibis Hua Hin. Understood that this is the pet friendly hotel, I enquired the staff how they separate the pets because my family member has allergies to pet. She patiently explained that they seperated the floor, the pets are designated at 2nd and 4th floor only. But I saw one couple with a small dog get off from the lift at 5th floor. This can be anything, do not want to blame the staff, just wanted to caution anyone who has serious allergies to pet should be careful with this fact. Overall review to this weekend stay is good.

Whilst hotel is 400 m from the beach, there is no beach at high tide & no services at low tide! Hotel is also a taxi ride to the town centre & the Ibis shuttle service is too infrequent to be of much use! Whilst we had a basic room, it was fine. The breakfast choice was ok though some bacon would have been nice. Their cereal choice was at least better than at the Novotel Ploenchit last week! Pool a bit chilly: gets no sun so be wary if you expect the water to be warm!

The room was big but not well equipped... having the space, there was a really tiny wardrobe, no desk and not even a chair. Not enough equipment if you spend there more than a one night. The parking lot is small though there is a much bigger one about 50-100mts away which may be complicated on rainy days.

The Staff are the best thing about the hotel these days. We have stayed a few times over the years from when it first opened and basicall now the rooms and facilities are showing there age. But the thing that annoys me the most (and it has done for a number of years now) is that even Gold members do not get a welcome Alcoholic beverage. We have stayed at many Accor hotels around the world from ibis up to SO Sofitel's and we have never come across a hotel except the ibis Hua Hin that doesn't give Alcoholic welcome drinks to Gold Members. Hopefully one day you will catch up with the rest of the Group.

Room was fine with all amenities. Breakfast could be better for westerners. I am an Accor member. When we did check out I was asked to pay but I had already paid. Just a misunderstanding that was solved quickly. The staff are very helpful and very nice. Even the security staff outside.

Hotel is ok. Location wise is good. They have free shuttle but dont bother as even if u booked it, you cant get on it due to other people who didnt book, got in. Other stuff is fine there. You can get grab to anywhere
