Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel offers a great location and excellent value for money. Especially on the Heartist rate, the pricing remains very attractive, which is much appreciated. One area I would like to highlight for improvement is related to my check-out experience. I had to check out quite early at 7:00 AM, and while it was great that the hotel provides additional parking space, it was not very convenient that there was no shuttle service available before 8:00 AM. When I inquired with the receptionist, I was informed that there was no driver scheduled at that time. I believe it could be beneficial to consider arranging manpower, especially over weekends, to accommodate guests who may need to check out early. Even limited shuttle availability during early hours would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. That said, my stay was enjoyable overall, and I hope this small feedback can be helpful in further improving service standards to ensure all guests have the best possible experience. Thank you very much, and I look forward to staying with you again.

Bizarre, inflexible policies (one pillow/blanket per guest) and unhappy front of house staff at a clean but older hotel made this a less than enjoyable stay.

Regarding additional pillows and blankets, guests are welcome to request additional items within the provided entitlement, and our team is always happy to assist. We would also like to confirm that the hotel does not have any policy requiring a deposit for such items. In terms of the welcome drink benefit, this is provided in line with the membership level and applicable entitlements. Our records indicate that the drink voucher was redeemed accordingly during your stay. Regarding drinking water, the hotel provides two complimentary bottles per room per day, and additional water is available upon request with a nominal charge, in line with ibis brand standards. The rooms appear outdated and not well maintained. Some areas of the floor were dirty and sticky, and there was visible dust along with a musty odor.

The hotel is located in good locations within Hua Hin city. Good service. The initial room I got has problem with television and hotel staff change rooms quickly. Breakfast is not much variety, but not too bad. Overall, the service is worth the price I paid for.
