Everything from check in to check out went extremely smoothly, we have a small dog so to be able to take him with us on holiday is a bonus. The hotel was very clean the maid service in our room was exceptional all the staff were friendly but also efficient. We will definitely be returning.

Travelling back to BKK from Southern Province and decided to break the journey at IBIS Hua Hin. Bunch of kids so opted for the bunk bed room - brilliant decision as was a perfect fit. Was also very pleasantly surprised with breakfast the following morning.

All staff are very friendly. What we love most is pet allowed facility, so we could bring our beloved pet along with us. As Accor Plus member, besides getting discount, the privilege of getting checking out late until 5 p.m and welcome drinks are fantastic. Anyway, it must be great if there is shade at the parking lot. Our car was outdoor all day and it was extremely hot. And we think guests standing at the balcony of 5th and 6 th floor could see persons inside changing room or toilet. That makes us feel worried and unsafe. Better attach some decorative film or put some blind to cover windows. Over all , everthing is great. Definitely staying here again! ^ ^

Every experience is very impressive & almost pecfect. Very friendly and helpful staffs in every sections!! Totally admire of staffs /Location / Facitilities in room. Breakfast in Covid situation is not normal, but understand. Staffs service during breakfast time ...are Excellent. Voucher of 2 nights free 1 night, is so surprise us !! Thank you very much. Only 1 thing Should be improve is... The Room floor is very DUSTY !! ( We booked 2 nights , After clean room service for connected day...there still have a lot of dust on the floor / behind the door...etc.) It seems that the made forgot to clean the floor / or too hurry cleaning with not carefully **พื้นห้องยังคงมีเศษฝุ่นเยอะค่ะ เยอะมากตามขอบห้อง หลังประตูห้อง ... เหมือนแม่บ้าน กวาดแบบลวกๆ ..และไม่ได้มีการถูพื้นเลย จนต้องเอาทิชชู่ชุบน้ำมาเช็ดพื้นห้องกันเอง

I took my daughter to Huahin for celebrate her birthday by visiting another luxury hotel but that hotel price are very expensive. We would like to trial breakfast, swimming, riding horse, food at lunch, paddle board, cycling at another hotel, so we have chosen Ibis hotel for only sleep in the night time. We have ever stayed Ibis Huahin with family room type but we booked standard room type in this time due to we stayed Ibis for short period as only sleep at the night time. Check in time @20:30 and check out time @08:30. My daughter was impressed with family room type and we got upgrade from standard to family room type. This made her surprise and very happy as the 1st birthday present by Ibis. Thank you so much, you are one part to made my trip wonderful perfect completely.

We requested for Tax invoice when we were checked-in and a male staff took the Tax ID and said he would prepare and provide the tax invoice to us upon check out. And on the day of departure, nothing was prepared. I was hurry at that time and tell them to send it via email. They acknowledged. 2 days pass, I didn't receive any email for tax invoice but this... So, I made the follow-up call, they said they already sent it via post. SPEECHLESS.

The hotel is located close to the beach about 10 minutes walking distance. A few of street food is nearby. Well manage and handle for Covid19. Breakfast is very delicious and well organize. Will be back soon.

after I went into room, I found shower cap already used in shower room. Another thing I made reservation not including​ Breakfast but I would like to walk in and have it. I ask one of F&B staff he said we set BKF only guests who including​ BKF if I would like to have BKF hotel have only take away. I think hotel should be accept other guest who didn't make BKF also.

Room on the 2nd floor, balcony in the room Match with the big kitchen of another hotel. I can't open the curtain. The corridor on the ceiling was full of mold.
