The staff at ibis Hua Hin are not so friendly compared to others ibis. As a member of Accor gold we not even get a welcome drink. I booked for 11 nights very disappointed.

The room is clean. Staff takes care in details - bed set up during Birthday and BD cake. However, upon checked out, it would have been more memorable if guests were asked - how is your stay and wish to see you again. it will make such a big difference. Good location and convenient to go any where nearby tourist spot in the city

Everything was satisfactory, good location and many tourist spot nearby such as Cicada market, Tamarind market, Water park and shopping mall. The only one concern is silver Accor card which I just realized that we cannot get toothbrush in the room unlike once I visited Ibis outbound. I came and checked in the room almost midnight, but I did not know before; so I had to come out and find it at the convenience store at midnight!!!

Family Room Game Console only come with 1 joystick but fit for 2 kids?

Stay for 3 nights for Family Room (2 adults & 2 kids) come with Game Console but only get 1 joystick. Disappointing on such setup in view the room shall fit for 2 kids & make them fighting to get their play. Try to borrow or rent it with money from receptionist but only get an unfriendly reply "CAN NOT"... Please improve in this area.

The ibes needs a good painting in rooms starting to look old need to change breakfast menu same thing all the time eggs are always cold never hot look old when cold but staff are good great service just needs renavating

A no frills Hotel but perfectly adequate and really handy for beach and Cicada Market. Just a problem with no hot water in the showers, that was fixed once then didn't work again, so gave up asking! Pool was a good cool temperature.

Could not provide better room views, rooms were quite small and does not have family or rooms that are near to each other. I do not understand why could not provide and looking at the current situation. I had to book cheaper rates online. My points were not credited after my stay and for my breakfast. I came from Bangkok and went back to Bangkok. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Good location. Bad service of shuttle van schedule to second car park.

Good location. Good service from staff. However, it is very bad service for supporting customers whom park the cars in the second car park area which customer has to walk from the hotel building to the second car park on weekday because the shuttle service from hotel to second car park is available only SAT-SUN. I stayed during the long weekend. The first car park in hotel area is full. I have to park in the second parking lot but there is no shuttle service on the MON which is the bank holiday and is on the long weekend. Shuttle service should include long weekend and public holiday and the hotel should have shuttles to support for the the old, the little children, and the carrier with heavy stuff and baggage. Should not answer only the shuttle is available only SAT and SUN.
