Very good staff very helpful and nice. Hotel tidy just breakfast was not as good as Pattaya Ibis and pool didn’t get much sun during my stay.

I stayed here for 3 nights as a Silver member of Accor. The room is very practical and quite small, which is what you can expect from an Ibis hotel. Breakfast was okay, but there were some Thai ladies in Pyjamas at the buffet line, even though there was a sign that said pyjamas were not allowed. And personally, it is disgusting. The bed is fine but the pillow is too soft, so I requested another pillow without any charge. (Another pillow costs 150 Thb.) The drinks at the bar are okay, but the Mojito are disappointing, IMO. So, overall it is good for the price I paid (roughly 1000thb/night). I made a request to earn a reward night for my Accor membership quicker than the normal process to obtain the benefits from my status, they did that very fast.

Breakfast buffet NOT RECOMMENDED. Hotel towels were worn and thread hanging off hand towels.Swimming pool closes every night by 7pm. Very disappointing 😞 The location is good to catch the buses back into town for markets.Only 15 Baht. Markets are good.

We are a family of 4, parents with 2 young kids. Everything in the room and washroom functions well, nothing is not clean/not working. Beds are neatly comfortable. If I have to say something to be improved, it's the coffee during breakfast buffet. It's not strong enough for me - which works fine if I take double. I would love to stay again. Thanks for the great team from front desk, to room service. Thanks for welcome fruits it warmed our heart after a terrific traffic jam at Bangkok.
