Everything is perfect here for a family stay. Many activities there and we really enjoyed our stay. All the staff are kind and helpful with very good service. Breakfast is good and unique with authentic Thai cuisine.

Check in was delayed by hour but was given appropriate rewards to make up for (late checkout and waiver of pet surcharge). Guest manage was seemless, rooms were clean and well kept. View, surroundings and facilities were among the best I have ever experienced from any hotels in Huahin but breakfast was 7/10.

Nice place with friendly staff. Very responsive reception and great Spa facilities. Not great sleep in the rooms that have pool access. It’s a children’s pool and was full of noise since 08 am. Felt very unrested after this weekend….

The hotel is the one my child always likes to stop by after we return from Hua Hin—this time was the same. My child enjoys riding a bike and playing in the water. However, it seems that the quality of the service has significantly declined in some areas. This time, it started with a booking mistake regarding our room type. There was also a delay in getting our food, although I understand it was during a holiday season when there were more customers than usual

An unpleasant experience. Apparently a big event was organized at the hotel on that day and the staff was overwhelmed. We checked in around 14h30 , the outside of the villa was dirty and not cleaned. I tried to call the lobby but no one was answering.. I finally went to the lobby to inform the manager or deputy manager. Ag night after dinner we wanted to seat near the beach to enjoy the sea and the weather but.. a bulldozer was doing big work on the beach of the hotel. On the morning we wanted to go for a swim before breakfast and the bulldozer was still there.. when I asked the staff at the breakfast they answered the bulldozer is not from the hotel and they can't do anything.. how the hotel can operate when it small beach is not accessible for so long?
