While we are pleased that you enjoyed our resort facilities and public spaces, we are sorry to learn that your villa experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the bed comfort, bathroom privacy, lighting from the frosted glass shower area, curtain condition, cleanliness, and the functionality of the sliding door between the living room and bedroom. We also understand the inconvenience caused by having only one room key available for your family and sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the misplaced key during housekeeping service, although we are glad our team was able to assist promptly. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant departments for review, as it highlights important areas where we can improve both the comfort and overall experience of our villa accommodations. While we are pleased to know that you appreciated the room design and overall atmosphere of the resort, we are truly sorry to learn that several aspects of your accommodation did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the maintenance issues you encountered, including the damaged TV frame, malfunctioning bathtub stopper, torn bathtub curtain, and the quality of the extra bed mattress. We understand how disappointing it must have been to experience these shortcomings, especially after paying for additional bedding. While our team attempted to improve the mattress, we regret that the replacement did not fully resolve your concern. We are equally concerned to learn that the service you received felt cold and lacked the warmth that should be synonymous with the SO/ experience. Delivering genuine and attentive hospitality is one of our core values, and we are sorry that we fell short during your stay.
