Nice location and many activities available, but the team's service is quite bad, with a very slow response to my request to follow up on our luggage. We were waiting for our stuff to be sent to our room for almost 2 hours, and we needed to go to the reception once again to follow up on our bags. We then found that the bags were still in the same place, even though the staff told us more than 4 times that they were checking and the bags would be delivered soon.

- one of my favorite hotel, comfortable room, nice and friendly service - love the venue, big and spacious space to run / cycle + dog friendly - this stay is a little disappointed when compared to other times mainly from 1. no dog amenities in room when notice in advanced and paid for dog fee upon check in 2. waited over 30 mins for staff to collect bag during check out

So Hua Hin is well out of Bangkok. So it takes some dedication to make the journey but it proved to be incredibly worth it. All staff and their level of service was second to none. Some of the most consistent across the board we have experienced all over the world. Special mention to the best Guest Experience Manager we have encountered - Kusuma. Thank you for looking after us in every way.
