From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome with a comfortable pet bed, food and water bowls, treats, and thoughtful pet amenities waiting in the room for our dog. The attention to detail immediately made us feel that pets are more than just tolerated here—they're celebrated. What makes this resort stand out is that pets are welcome throughout almost the entire property. As long as they're on a leash, they can accompany you virtually everywhere, including the lobby, restaurants, gardens, and outdoor public areas. Unlike many so-called pet-friendly hotels that restrict pets to guestrooms, SO/ Sofitel Hua Hin lets you truly enjoy your holiday together with your furry companion. The resort is also packed with activities for every member of the family. Whether you're traveling with pets, kids, or both, there's never a dull moment. The atmosphere is relaxed, stylish, and incredibly welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Zaffar, the Manager on Duty, for his outstanding hospitality and genuine care. His warm welcome and personal attention made our stay even more enjoyable and perfectly complemented the resort's truly pet-friendly experience. Last but not least, water treatment and cleanliness of all pools need to be urgently uplifted as well as the walkway under the shade were dirty from the sap.

We were quite disappointed with the So. While our room was large and very comfortable, the rest of the hotel was a let down. First, we struggled to find a comfortable place to enjoy the pool. The primary pool does not have a single lounge chair. Not one. Just some tables and chairs at the ice cream shop. The adults pool is tucked in the middle of buildings with no breeze and no view of anything, plus it was very dirty on our first day. The third pool had just a handful of hanging beds that swung and caused me to get nauseous. Second, the food was mid at best and horribly overpriced. Third, the hotel caters to families with children. Fourth, there are no elevators so you have to be able to climb stairs. Finally, there is nothing within walking distance. We were happy when our stay was over.
