Overall, the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. However, there were several aspects of my stay that left me less impressed than I had expected, especially considering the level of the hotel and my expectations as an ALL Accor member. Before my stay, I had already informed the hotel that I was experiencing leg pain and needed a room that was easy to access and did not require using stairs. The hotel arranged a room that met this request, and I genuinely appreciate that. The room was indeed convenient in terms of access, and I did not need to use any stairs. However, the room was quite far from the swimming pool. For a family stay, I would consider the swimming pool to be one of the main facilities and activities that guests are likely to use. Since the hotel was also aware from the beginning that I had difficulty walking, I would have expected the location of the room in relation to the swimming pool to be taken into consideration as well. Having a room that was convenient in terms of avoiding stairs but very far from the pool was therefore not ideal for my family. Another issue occurred on the evening of the second day. I was not informed about or approached regarding the evening snack / turndown service. I only happened to discover this service when I opened the door and saw a staff member walking in the area, and that was when I realized that such a service was available. For me, the issue is not really about whether I received the snack or the additional service. It is more about communication and guest care. If such a service is available, I believe guests should be properly informed or attended to, as guests cannot be expected to know what services are available without being told. On the day of departure, I also requested some ice, but unfortunately this could not be provided. While this may seem like a small matter, when combined with the other issues during the stay, it contributed to my overall impression of the experience. There were also some issues with the room itself that I believe should not have occurred. For example, there was a red stain on the curtain. When I first saw it, I could not help thinking that it might have been a blood stain, as I had no idea what the stain actually was. This made me feel uncomfortable and was certainly not something I expected to see in a hotel room. In addition, the bathtub faucet was not working and could not be used; only the shower was functional. I believe this is something that should have been identified during the room inspection before the room was handed over to a guest. Each of these issues may seem relatively minor when considered individually. However, when several of them happen during the same stay, they collectively have a significant impact on the overall guest experience and impression of the hotel. As an ALL Accor member, I have certain expectations regarding service quality, attention to detail, and the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. As a result, this experience will have an impact on my decision regarding renewing my ALL Accor membership in the future. I am currently considering whether I should continue with the membership, as I have to admit that this stay left me quite disappointed with the overall experience. I hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve. I still appreciate that the staff were generally polite, friendly, and willing to help. However, I believe there is room for improvement in attention to detail, communication with guests, proactive service, and room quality checks before handing rooms over to guests.

Service was great especially at the breakfast room and spa. We stayed at 2 br pool villa. Bed was comfortable but overall condition of the room is rather run down and needs to be better maintained, ie green bits at the side of swimming pool, room door that does not close properly, etc. The swimming pools are great and cater to different groups however the Wibit pool has lots of leaves and debris in it and water is quite murky.
