It was glad to stay Pullman Beijing. I've forgotten to bring out my stuffs when I check out and realized that few days later so I revisited to ask giving them back. Hotel counter assistances nicely helped me find them. Finally, lost things were found and back to me. It was amazing experience.

Experience was not good from concierge to restaurants. Mainly the attitude of the staff.

breakfast selection is poor... and despite asking for coffee 3 times..we didn't receive it even after 30minutes..only good staff there is Cindy who is helpful. concierge service also lousy.staff input wrong address and can driver sent us to wrong address because of that. when I feedback to the mgr next morning in Chinese, he only said likely it is miscommunication and didtn bother to apologize. yet when my Indian and French colleague told him the same thing in English, he apologies profusely. is this racism against a fellow Chinese who speaks in Mandarin and not English ?

Room is neart, facility deploy makes Fengshui inside flowing. The bedding makes people relax and easily to be in dream. The whole environment makes you feel safe and comfortable. However, in such a five star hotel can't find a pencil sharpener. and reception answers " sorry, no pencil sharperner" which is absolutly not good enough. you can find buy even offer a pencil instead of offering pencil sharpener, should not answer a simple word "NO". THis is not a complex request. The point is: do you really care about your customer's needs and request?

1- Reception: people no professional and on top of that they do not speak english. Restaurant, same food on buffet all time from several times I have been there with also service not professional and do not speak English. 2- Security: if the key-card to access to room doesen't work the receptionists provide a card to access to rooms without requiring any ID card o passport to the person, meaning that everybody can claim to be the owner of one room number to get the key-card on reception !!!!! 3- Early checking: you must charge some ectra fee for an early checking and not a full day as most of flights from Europe arrives early in the morning with people arriving to hotel from 8am 4- ooms: strong smell to food on rooms and corridors 5- Receipts for restaurant that are charged to rooms: you provide only 2 sheets for signature that you keep on your side without providing a copy to customer. 6- Checkout and final bill: you provide a document that is written notice instead of Invoice and on top of that your system is not providing right information because its not mentioned the total number of days in you hotel. As you see you still need to work hard for improvements to host international customers and I hope this helps and is not just a waste of time for me that I am a frequent customer to this hotel and in the company we recomend also this hotel to our customers coming from other countries to visit our factory.
