I’m coming to your hotel for a long time, almost 10 years and pretty much more since I am working in China. Last visit last week I sent 3 nights. After the 1st night I have informed hotel staff about ventilation / exhaust system in the bathroom is not working and the fact I cannot open the window to refresh air inside the room. When I came back to hotel after my working day nothing has been done ! I asked again but nothing was repaired By consequences bad smell in the room during 2 others nights with doubt about the cleanness of the carpet. Your hotel is aging and I’m not sure to come again as the service is not fulfilling customer basic request.

1. Check in very slowly 2. No iron in the room , and I waited for almost one hour after I called the room service. 3. no comb in the room 4. the room is very old

if you have to do business in BDA Area in Beijing Pullman is a perfect place o stay. Good location surrounded from a big mall and many shops or restaurants. Hotel have a good gym ( newly renovated) and pool. The rooms are ok, If you can then book executive rooms. Buffet Breakfast is very good. Very wide selection. Also available 2 restaurants and a bar.

No member benefits introduction when Check in. Platinum or diamond should argue for free breakfast and also no welcome gifts in your room. Room is clean but the windows are locked. What terribly is I can't modify the work mode of the air conditioning.

This property is everything a business traveler needs. It's central to the BDA high tech district, 10 min walk from 2 Metro stops on Yizhuang line. 30 min taxi to new Daxing Airport. Breakfast is excellent, staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant. Han's Plaza is 5 min walk, plenty of quality restaurants, coffees, pubs, and shopping. Don't bother staying anywhere else.

We arrived after a pleasant stay at sofitel Shanghai where we got an upgrade and welcome drink. Neither happend in Beijing, not even check in on excecutive floor. Very attended girl by the elevators and friendly concierge. The buffet is good but nothing special. Price though is fair even Hotel far away from center.

Facilities around the pool definitely needs an upgrade. It was too gloomy for comfort and the nail salons and other facilities do not reflect the 5 star hotel rating. Elevators were very slow as well. Rooms were clean and pillows were in a class in it self, good job. Internet connection could be improved for stability and speed as well. As for location its was close to my office which was great but restaurants and convenient stores is very scarce.

I've been staying at Pullman Beijing South many times for the past several months because of the location. This is the first time I ran into a very helpful, effective and friendly staff, Daisy. Daisy was able to help me and my colleague to re-arrange our rooms and even took care of my inquiries during her off hours (I didn't know she was off when I reached out to her). Before we knew her, I was wondering why Pullman is qualified as a 5 star hotel. Daisy totally changed my impression about Pullman. Hotel is a service business. I would like to let Pullman know having helpful and effective staff makes a huge difference to guests staying there and hope they'll hire/train more staff like Daisy. Thank you very much, Daisy.

Used to stay right in Wangfujing amongst all the tourists when on a business trip. No more! The Pullman Beijing South is now the way to go- quiet, comfortable, better value ( a king bed suite cheaper than a normal room closer to the city centre), close to the subway, courteous staff, what else do you want? Oh, yes - the staff even went to lengths to log my phone onto their lobby WiFi after I had checked out. Very good!!

The suite room I was in is a bit dated with leather and pvc falling off from the chairs and sofa. The fnb staff cannot understand English and service standard was also a bit short. As for the front desk the staff were better as they can speak and understand English but they need to learn to speak at a slower rate.
