We stayed here as we wanted the cheapest hotel possible in close proximity to Co Op Live when we stayed this week for Ice Nine Kills. That sums up this hotel pretty well - a cheap one in convenient proximity to the venue. The rooms are very small, but they have everything you need when all you're going to be doing is crashing there for a few hours after a show. The rooms don't have bathrooms - the shower and sink are next to the bed and the toilet is the size of an airplane toilet (and smells like one too!). I don't want to be rude, but a plus-size person is going to struggle in there!! Also, the mirror lightbulb is a low watt warm bulb rather than a bright bulb, which isn't ideal for those of us doing makeup! The decor needs a bit of a touch-up too. The staff we saw were all nice. Summary - if all you're using it for is to sleep in after seeing a band, it's fine. If you intend to spend any actual time in it, I'd choose another hotel.

Probably get the coop live footfall now like us but wow this is basic for the money. Manchester Centre is b expensive now and the room so basic with no tea, coffee, kettle. Shower and basin in the room. Not worth the high price only ok for a sleep after the gig

Friendly helpful staff. It was our first trip to central Manchester and they helped us get our bearings. Breakfast was great. We would have preferred a bar but the self service cooler was ok. It’s a shame there were no glasses especially for wine and Prosecco. Well run and clean hotel. Good value for money.

Not happy to pay £3.50 for a kettle tray with no mugs just paper cups!

Everything else was fine.. but 1 thing was quite annoying, our Check-out time was 4 and the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door asking us when we're planning to leave.
