great place stay if you're going to the Etihad Campus for anything. Yes the shower is in the room but being on my own I had no problem with any of it. Would definitely book again.

My third visit to this hotel didn't disappoint, comfortable bed, great shower and located close to the centre of a wonderful city - I'll be back!

Very disappointing check-in experience. I had paid for early check-in from 10am, and turned up at 12.30pm. The receptionist was rude and dismissive and insisted that the service was sold as 'subject to availability' - wording that does not appear anywhere on your website or in the booking confirmation. You cannot just take people's money and not deliver a service, that is against the law! I had to beg and grudgingly she contacted a housekeeper to make sure a room was cleaned. After a long journey I was very annoyed at this attitude and having to make a fuss just to get what I had paid for

It was exactly what we wanted, we were only down for an event so it didn't have to be a big room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

As me and my friend arrived for a metal gig we were met with lovely staff had a few good laughs while checking in which made us feel a bit better after a long ride up. Room was spotless and was quiet and couldn't hear the other rooms which was great. Beds were comfy aswell overall I would recommend the hotel.
