Easy to find the hotel (signage towards car park could be much clearer!). Immediate welcome and efficient. Room small but all we needed for one night. Breakfast limited but got us going (pity the coffee machine was broken). Easy checkout. All staff we met were friendly and cheerful (not easy when working on Christmas Day).

Quick stop over after a late flight, clean room, plenty of hot water and a great night sleep with a lovely check in.

I arrived late the receptionist was really friendly and very helpful parking was easy , she sorted me out some food delivery places for me to look at and said I could use the reception phone as I don’t have a mobile phone ,I asked for an alarm call, she said she couldn’t promise the night shift would remember to do it , but later sorted me an old phone and even set it up for me, to get me up , I was put in the room next to lift , probably as I had dogs, but knew when I heard it going up and down, I wouldn’t be able to sleep with that noise, I went down and said have you another room further away, she gave me a new room straight away which was much quieter I met the night lady and she was also lovely and very helpful, and someone came and gave me an alarm call by knocking on the door so I didn’t sleep in. They had free tea coffee and hot chocolate in lobby you could help yourself to. I would definitely go back to stay if I went up that way again. The staff were just lovely, the room was clean so perfect for my short stay
