Amateurish check in procedure, took far too long. Towels in room covered in white fluff. No water in room. Somebody came into one of our rooms at 0130, switched on the light, then left. In the morning at 0700 the reception called a member of our party to ask if we paid, and to provide proof. We had paid at check in. Terrible experience.

Our family of 4 spent the first night of our trip to Senegal at the Ibis. The Novotel and Ibis are connected so we dined in the Novotel and used the gym (brand new equipment) The buffet breakfast was better than expected and the staff were very helpful
