We had a disappointing stay at the hotel. Despite being guests from the Embassy of Cabo Verde, we felt unwelcome by the hotel management. They were quite rigid with their payment terms. To make matters worse, we discovered bed bugs in our room. The liquid soap dispenser was empty, and there was a strong moldy odor in the room.
