Team is very friendly and professional. Hotel location is very good. But after 10 years of its renovation it has degraded big time and is no longer a Pullman standard. Rooms, bathrooms are almost falling apart. Humidity smell, floor covering bumping up, TV, etc…

Broken hotel . Waste my hard working money. Only positive was the ocean view. Room is outdated , power went out everytime we used the iron. So do iron until you made your coffee. Shower is awful nothing to stop the water from flowing on the bathroom floor . Balcony door handle came off in my hand when I opened it. TV channels are awful. 2 ⭐️ ⭐️ STAR hotel posing like a 5 STAR ⭐️ staff is so so.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous sommes toutefois heureux que vous ayez apprécié la vue sur l’océan, qui constitue en effet l’un des atouts de notre établissement. Concernant les coupures de courant mentionnées lors de l’utilisation du fer à repasser, après vérification, il apparaît que l’appareil utilisé n’était pas celui fourni par l’hôtel. Nos installations électriques sont calibrées pour les équipements mis à disposition en chambre. L’utilisation d’appareils personnels peut occasionner des déclenchements de sécurité, destinés à protéger les installations et garantir la sécurité de nos clients. Notre équipe restait naturellement disponible pour vous proposer une solution adaptée. S’agissant de l’état de la chambre et des équipements (douche, poignée de porte du balcon), nous regrettons sincèrement les désagréments rencontrés. Une intervention technique aurait pu être organisée immédiatement. Par ailleurs, un changement de chambre vous a été proposé durant votre séjour, option que vous avez choisi de ne pas retenir, ce que nous respectons pleinement. Nous prenons néanmoins vos remarques très au sérieux. Elles ont été transmises aux équipes concernées afin de procéder aux vérifications nécessaires et d’améliorer continuellement la qualité de nos prestations. One day before check out i requested a wake up call, the front desk took a note but however there was no wakd up. Luckily I manage to wake up on time. Imagine I did not wake up, I would have missed my plane. Secondly the day I was going to leave my room for check out, I looked for my passport. I could not find it, I emptied my luggage, checked everywhere, nothing. I phoned the reception, they did not take my call. I went downstairs at reception to check, my passport was there kept in an envelope. The passport was taken at check in for registration and which never returned to me. The reception should have returned it to me immediately or informing me to collect it. Imagine I did not checked the passport before leaving the hotel and reaching the airport without passport. What would be the consequences, this is unacceptable for this kind of service.
