I am writing this email to express my disappointment with the rude behavior of one of your hotel receptionists. I recently stayed at your hotel for the Chanel show in Dakar and had a very unpleasant encounter with one of your receptionists, whose name I believe is Madeleine - tall girl with braid. Madeleine's behavior became inappropriate when she started asking me personal questions and trying to get my contact information. She was asking for this information because she - and her friend who works there too - want to be models. She was making flirtatious remarks and was trying to persuade me to go out with her. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. Furthermore, When I arrived at the hotel, I went to the restaurant to eat after a long day. Madeleine greeted me, but her attitude was cold and unwelcoming. When I asked her some questions about the hotel amenities and the surrounding area, she seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping me. I want to stress that this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and it made me feel disrespected and violated as a guest at your hotel. I believe that hotel staff should always behave in a professional and respectful manner towards their guests, and this kind of behavior is a serious breach of hospitality. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that this kind of behavior does not happen again in the future. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that your guests are treated with respect and professionalism. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing back from you regarding this issue. Sincerely,

jglaw Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

Excellent hotel in the city center. Had a great room on the 7th floor with ocean view and a nice balcony. Very good bedding. Breakfast is served on a great terrace overlooking the sea, and at the the seaside there is the private beach club, part of the hotel, with decent swimming pool. I consider this the best hotel in Dakar, with efficient staff, good food and a luxurious atmosphere.
