Dear Mr T., Thank you for choosing the Pullman Dakar Teranga for your recent stay in Dakar. We have carefully reviewed your comment regarding the bill. We regret that your concerns were not addressed to your satisfaction at the front desk. After checking with the front desk, we found that you had booked a room with a half-board package rate that included dinner and was subject to certain restrictions. The rate conditions did not allow the receptionist to cancel the dinners, and we sincerely apologize for this. Regarding the surcharges of 86,500 FCFA erroneously billed by the restaurant, the refund to your card is currently being processed by the bank. We hope to regain your trust during your next stay.
