I had a wonderful experience at Pullman Teranga, Dakar. The personalised reception accorded me was warm and exceeded my expectations. I was upgraded to a beautiful suite with breathtaking ocean view and scenery. Staff were always friendly, cleanliness was top notch, and the food was exquisite. The location of the hotel is quite central to areas of my interests in town. Special thanks to Madam Bintou and Madam Gerti and their team at guest relations for making my stay a memorable one.

Wow this the best hotel I ever been. And I love the hotel very friendly people like Musa Baldeh he’s amazing definitely doing hard work. There rooms are absolutely beautiful very clean, and I love there meals too, ooh honestly I love pull Man hotel I wish you come to visit this hotel you will never regret it. Everything perfect and I wish you to meet Musa Baldeh he’s a great person I ever met in Senegal 🇸🇳

Bad service. Ac not working in the entire hotel. It's hot. We had to change our rooms 2 times. Service is not Pullman international standard.

I am a accor silver member and reserved the Pullman because of 5 star but unfortunately the service was more towards 2 or 3 star. 1. Air conditioning in the entire hotel is pathetic. In the rooms is even worst. We had twin sharing room and changed our room twice after a long journey to rest but the temperature was not crossing even 24 degrees even if we set the ac control to 19 2. After may complains and wasting our time and energy Helda upgraded our room and it was a little better. 3. Restaurant staff and service was poor we had to sometimes get up and call for things. 4. We booked a hotel taxi to airport and to our suprise the taxi was worst then any taxi we have taken in our life . We didn't have a choice at 4 am in the morning. Would request to please look into your hotel and it was caused us many inconvenience and waste of our money in Pullman and all group.
