Old hotel, bad management, charged twice for room, no way of contacting the hotel

The hotel is very old and does not hold up to the standards of a 5 star hotel. A week after check out, my credit card was charged again for the same room. The hotel cannot be contacted, as the email adresses they provide on their website and Accor is providing are not working.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere. A beautiful all inclusive on the the beach. The beach was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the quality of the meals that were provided as well. This was my wife's first time traveling internationally and she felt safe and enjoyed it.

Stayed in the Lamantin for around 19 months. Extremely disappointed tgat due to the type of Booking, i was not eligable to receivce Loyality Reward Points. When you consider that over this time my Account must be around 70,000 Euros. Had i stayed at the Radisson i would have recieved Loyality Reward Points.
