Was pretty good but before book, the communication to hotel was really hard. There's no one looking at phones. But was not bad i can say 8 out of 10. Just I think booking must be more easy than it is.

I went on a tourism trip for a weekend, and my room had a very noisy AC. The receptionist mentioned it would only get fixed in the following day, and though I managed to move to another room, I had to ask for it and the second room’s AC was leaking and there was a bit of mold on the wall. During my stay, and after one of the dinners on premises, I had a bad food poisoning. The only good things to mention are the beach itself and the spa. Wouldn’t recommend going to this movenpick branch.

Good experience. Hotel needs an upgrade given high price and standard of Movenpick brand

The hotel was empty, but the service was terrible, especially in the beach restaurant. On Wednesday, we ordered lunch at 1:00 p.m., but it was not served until 3:30 p.m.
