Before 2 year I visited and that was the reason to go back but this time the food was not good as last time. Other services are ok. But food wasn’t good

Amazing place, great staff at the hotel, incredible experience for all our family. We have all enjoyed very much in Lamantin. The hotel is 10 for its facilities and environment but staff (reception; restaurants; fitness; entertainers; etc.) and the treatment we have received have just made our stay unforgettable.

I was very disappointed with my room I stayed a week and had noise every day ! Actually my first time that I slept so badly in a 5 star hotel woke up every day at 6.30 am during a supposed holiday !! The location of the room number 4 was a disaster. But I would like to inform that the staff was very nice but when they wanted to changes our room for a room without view whilst we paid for a sea view without any compensation. That was strange for me because normally in hotels you get upgraded not downgraded! So my first experience in your more upper class hotel was not good !

It was an ok stay

In fairness, I was only there for one night so my experience is limited. I did not have an opportunity to take full advantage of the property. The food (dinner and breakfast following morning) was just ok. My dinner was literally taken from me. I walked away from the table to get desert and covered my plate so the food would not be overtaken by flies. When I came back, the person cleaning tables had prematurely thrown away my food! I didn’t even bother to get more because I was so bothered by that — even though it was food that I had paid for. I was not allowed to charge my one drink to my room like at any other resort so I was forced to go back to my room to get cash. That’s ridiculous. Who walks around a resort needing to bring cash? In all of my extensive travels, this is the only place I have had to do this. My room walls look like they could use fresh paint but it was overall tidy and had a nice layout. The last thing is about having a place for people to lounge who have to checkout but whose flights don’t leave for awhile. Given it was so humid outside, I asked if there is was some place I could wait that wasn’t outside while waiting to pass the time before going to the airport. I was placed in what was the equivalent of a shower with a stool near where stewards keep the luggage. Eventually, I went back to the front desk and asked to be some place air conditioned and was then told I could go wait in the dining area. That’s actually the first place that they could have suggested. Overall, it seems like a decent resort but could work on the customer experience.
