Rooms were too small, such a beautiful location but such bad construction. Negligible windows in the rooms, pathetic vegetarian food. The staff was very polite and respectful.

All the staff I had to deal with are very professional which is the strongest point. The rooms are cold. I remember that around ten years ago when I stayed in the hotel I had the same feeling.

Very expansive compare to the quality. The rooms are old, TV old. Water pressure in shower not good. Quality of food not good. Choice of beer always out of stock. No fresh juice at breakfast. No good coverage of camera in parking space

Well located and very good staff but room getting old

Food was nice, staff very professional and offering good service, location on the coast is very convenient to walk on the coast. But rooms are getting old and basic maintenance is not at the level you can expect for a room at 200euros: curtains, window, bathroom. Tea & coffee in the room are very limited. Reservation through internet was not possible: website not working, I called the hotel and booked through reservation desk.

I believe the rooms are very expensive and the quality is poor. Also there is no smart TV that one can watch TV on, and also there is no DSTV, one is limited to very minimal challenges that offer nothing. A 4 star hotel should do better than what Novotel offers.

I don't think that either rooms or breakfast are compatible with the hotel's 4 star rating. The room was drab with a dirty net curtain. There was very little fruit available at breakfast. The breakfast cereals were kept in open bowls, which is unhygienic. Notwithstanding these criticisms, I enjoyed my stay as the staff were really trying to please.

i have always enjoyed my stay at Novotel so my rating of stay is a good service by the various departments of the hotel. my only concern has to do with occasions when there was a party that went beyond 1am that make sleeping a bit difficult. other than that i would stay my stay was very good by all standards.

Casual hotel but clean, expensive breakfast, not a big variety of choices in food at the restaurant.

Even though I was told I was given a VERY BEAUTIFUL ROOM, the one I got was very casual, the TV screen is very small, just a small window in the room. I was very disappointed by this Novotel. At the restaurant the choice is very limited. Breakfast is expensive, almost 20€.
