Card was debited before the end of my stay when I was assured it wasn’t going to be debited. Also, I was nearly compelled to pay a rate for a Junior suite when I had changed into a standard room.

First my agent had already paid for my stay, still they asked me to pay full. They don’t check total reservation days, harassment calls to check out or pay!!! When full amount already paid for all 5 days. Room service is pathetic, when asked for water they respond only two bottles are free!!! At least check if you have even provided water or not? Food and drinks are very expensive and service is very poor- they don’t trust anyone, asks for payment first before delivery. This attitude won’t go long. No sorry, No thanks— arrogance attitude and pretend not knowing English only speaks French
