Although hotel seems to be nice, I had cockroaches in my room and bathroom! In addtion I had and still have a problem with my reservation which I could not open in the app and my points are still not loaded on my account. I have sent a request to ALL Customer Care - Accor' - no.21… - but without sucessful help so far...
