Booked by a third party, I was surprised by the old fashion style of the hotel with old facilities. No instructions on arrival for the temperature change of the air con which was hide behind a furniture. The worst part was, on the check out day, we asked for an extension until 12h30 and the staff told us no later than 12:00 without saying anything on the surcharges. I checked out at 12:12 and was told that I needed to pay 40AUD for this extension??!! My colleague got his gold membership of ACCOR and we travelled everywhere else never got such a bad experience in the group hotel like this. NEVER again !
