Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly relieved to know that your husband was able to receive the medical attention he needed and that, despite such an unexpected and difficult situation, our team could be there to support you throughout your stay. It was our pleasure to assist you with the doctor, hospital arrangements, follow-up and translation whenever needed. Your kind words mean a great deal to our entire reception and management team. We are especially grateful to know that you felt supported and cared for during such a challenging time. We sincerely wish your husband a full recovery and hope that your next visit to Málaga will be under much happier circumstances. Warmest regards, The Novotel Suites Málaga Centro Team

I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Suites Malaga Centro and was overall satisfied with the experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to reach the city center and main attractions. The availability of an underground parking garage was also very convenient. The breakfast selection was good, and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some of the electrical outlets in the room were loose, which could potentially become a safety issue and should be addressed by the hotel. Greater attention should also be given to the cleanliness of the shower door, where I noticed what appeared to be mold. Regular use of appropriate cleaning products would help prevent this problem. Additionally, the small kitchenette would benefit from having basic cutlery available for guests. Overall, it was a good stay, and with a few maintenance and housekeeping improvements, the hotel could provide an even better guest experience

Having previously stayed in the attached budget section when in Málaga, I found this hotel not much better, despite being in an 'executive suite' it was very basic. Tiny airplane style toilet, cupboard not opening despite maintenance coming, having to have maintenance come to put up curtain between the bedroom area and suite area as only half was up, bed not made up for my daughter. Strange to have a sort of kitchen in the room, yet no plates or cutlery. Breakfast was basic, limited choice and options, hot options limited and not very pleasant. Positives being a good location, very easy for getting around Málaga, and the staff were all very friendly. Would have been happy with the hotel if more reasonably priced, we definitely felt the price was not reflective of the quality.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your breakfast experience and the room lay-out did not meet your expectations. Your review will be passed on to the appropiated departments in order to keep improving. On the other hand, we really appreciate your positive comments about our team. We hope to have the chance of welcoming you back in the future. Sincerely, Reception team

I had a wonderful stay in Malaga and was extremely satisfied with the hotel’s services. The location was fantastic, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly professional and helpful—every single one of them. The only area that could use a bit of improvement was the buffet, which was a bit more basic compared to other Novotel locations. Overall, it was a great experience.

Dear Rami A., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Novotel Suites Malaga Centro. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback. I will share your comments with our team. I am sure that this feedback will serve as an encouragement to all of our staff as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one. Sincerely,
