It’s not my first time at Novotel Suites. I like the rooms, they are spacious, good quality in general and the location is great. It’s central within Dubai and it’s 5 minutes walking to the MOE which is essential for me. The staff is very friendly and I feel like I’m home since I’ve been there over the years. Hatam is very nice and very professional and helpful. However, small changes make huge difference. There are no more Nescafe and small plastic milk cups in the rooms. If you can keep the pool open more during the night especially during summer time because during the day it’s very hot. There used to be body lotion bottle in the bathrooms too, but not anymore.

The hotel is an ideal location to move around, visit MOE, walking distance to the Metro and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Starting from the front desk the day we checked in, the restaurant, to the House Keeping staff (specifically Padam and Dil) who always had a smile on their face whenever we walked out of our room. Highly recommend this location for people who are on a visit, holiday or business. And I look forward to coming back to the same location again, whenever I visit Dubai again.

The best customer service Nagla who works at the restaurant was very professional and kind she smiled every time I walked in for the buffet and the food was great for it’s price and i was satisfied with the quality of the meal and the hygiene i will definitely go back!

I was having difficulty finding parking and there were very few seats available in the bar. When you are with four or five guys, you cannot have a table at the bar.
