The room and bathrooms have a very unpleasant odor, which made my arrival experience disappointing. I checked into the hotel late at night, and despite being a Platinum member, there was not even a simple welcome amenity such as a fruit platter in the room something that we receive at other hotel competitors, Hilton, sheraton.... I genuinely cannot understand why accor loyal customers are treated this way.

Stay was good room very clean ..very good location near to mall of emirates ad walking distance to the metro only disappointed with breakfast and dinner it didn't have variety kids got bored with having the same thing mainly everyday and the pull out bed for teenagers not so comfortable but overall it was ok
