ibis Singapore on Bencoolen 3 stars

I was staying with a friend and we’d booked twin beds but upon arrival they weren’t available but we were offered instant (early) check in, free mini bar (ha ha we don’t drink beer or soft drink but we enjoyed the Kitkat) and a welcome drink in bar so we accepted and took the queen bed. The room was very clean and the linen lovely to sleep in. I really like hotels that offer a face washer, a little thing but important to me. Bar staff were very helpful and gave me little jug of milk for our cup of tea. Will return.

I appreciate the IBIS Support Team and all services furnished. The first time I booked at IBIS Hotel on Bencoolen and I am afraid due the distance between the Hotel and the area that I need to be close to Claymore Hill place, but finally it was very easy to be there every day due the transport available near the hotel. The hotel was very clean; well organise and excellent help and support from the Team. Thanks a lot to all IBIS Team for the support and help given to us

the housekeeper is friendly

Cheap and cheerful decor with very little in the way of insulation between the rooms. The guy in the room next to me snored all night and a group of Australians chatted in the corridor until the early hours so it was lucky I was only there for one night. Breakfast was sparse but what was there was fine - scrambled eggs, toast and coffee. What more do you want? You get what you pay for and at least IBIS do not pretend to be anything other than a budget hotel.

Well located hotel, clean and spacious room, easy access to any transportation
