Super friendly staff. Great breakfast. The view from the breakfast area is unbeatable. Rooms OK, but very clean.

Even if the hygiene isn't at it's top with the brown hot water and residue on the toilet brush. The most inappropriate thing is that the hotel called me back looking for a fridge. Saying that I took it with me without even checking the cctv to check before accusing a costumer. So yeah last time staying there.

However, we would like to clarify that this was part of a verification process following the discovery that an item was missing from a guest room. After further investigation, it became clear that the incident was actually linked to a previous stay and that you were not involved in any way. We sincerely regret this misunderstanding and any concern or inconvenience it may have caused. Please accept our apologies for this situation. “DIRECT” access to the beach does not explain 50 steps down and UP . This was a big disappointment as we were unable to make the journey more than once a day so I felt I could not go out for a little walk round the town during the afternoon. If I had known this I would never have booked this hotel…I feel quite cheated Otherwise the hotel was excellent and the staff were always very helpful. The room was comfortable and the view lovely. No lounge area . The parking was very inconvenient. Sadly I would not return and I could not recommend this hôtel to anyone not very physically fit for walking but only because of the location . I feel you should explain this on your website to be honest with people.

This email explains the specific characteristics of our location, including the fact that our hotel is built on a hillside with significant slopes, stairs, and level changes, as well as important information regarding parking access. These elements are also visible on several photos on our website, in order to help guests better anticipate the nature of the property. We are pleased to read that you nevertheless appreciated your room, the lovely view, and the professionalism and helpfulness of our team, which is very much appreciated. However, we are sorry that the geographical constraints of the area limited your comfort and overall experience.
