We enjoyed our first stay in Granville. The town is welcoming and makes for an enjoyable stay. The hotel is also great, squeezed in as it is between different houses. Access to the underground car park can be an issue -- but we managed collectively (nothing beats good-will on all sides). The hotel is extremely well located, with access to the beach by lift (still requiring about 15 steps). We enjoyed our swims in the tidal pool -- what a treat! The hotel itself is nice but is showing signs of the usual wear-and -tear. We had a room with a balcony -- which was tiny. Breakfast was ok but could be a little ramped, with items running out repeatedly. No big deal, staff was always eager to replenish what was missing. Overall, we'll return when the opportunity comes.

This was the perfect end to a camping holiday. with everything packed up the day before we were able to make the drive back to Calais in good time. Excellent room and breakfast with a bonus spectacular wave show from the restaurant window!!

Bonjour Madame, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de laisser votre avis suite à votre séjour dans notre établissement. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés de constater que votre séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et notamment que le service de restauration ait donné une image aussi décevante de notre établissement. Nous avons bien pris note de vos remarques concernant le service lors du dîner « fruits de mer ». Le fait que plusieurs tables aient dû réclamer la carte, le pain, les boissons ou encore le matériel nécessaire n’est évidemment pas le niveau de service que nous souhaitons proposer à nos clients. Nous tenons cependant à rappeler que notre établissement propose un service de snacking et de fruits de mer à notre clientèle car nous savons pertinemment que cela peut être compliqué de se restaurer sur Granville en haute saison, d'autant plus un week-end du 15 Août. Notre hôtel ne possède pas de restaurant à proprement parlé et n'a donc pas de personnel attitré pour cette restauration. Nous vous présentons cependant nos excuses pour ces désagréments. Nous sommes néanmoins heureux que vous ayez pu identifier certains atouts à notre établissement. Soyez assuré que vos observations ont été transmises aux responsables des services concernés afin qu’elles puissent faire l’objet d’un suivi concret avec les équipes.
