I have to keep asking for the Accor membership discount when ordering meals or drinks, I shouldn't have to do this it should automatically happen you have my membership on file.

Our restaurant staff do not have the same system access as the front office, which means they need to manually ask for memberships when applying discounts. Location was great to walk around christchurch. Check in was good and the upgraded room was nice. Car park is next door and you need to pay for car park. Note you can't drop of your bag right the lobby due to traffic flow there as there are barriers to the lobby entrance

Regarding the drop-off area and car park, we are located next to the public library, and the council manages this part of the property, including the loading zone. Unfortunately, this means we have no control over access in this area, and for the safety of pedestrians, it is not possible to allow direct lobby drop-offs. We were disappointed with your Junior suite?? We are Vio members with ALL and always stay in suites Too small ,, very small bathroom and toilet together ,,hand basin no in the bathroom ,,not enough room for our clothes
