Dears, I have been using Novotel/Ibis network of the hotels for a dozen of years for business and my family leisure time. So, I am a loyal customer. My last stay in Novotel Christchurch was very disappointing for me because of 2 reasons below: - I could not enjoy my dinner in the hotel restaurant due to extremely long waiting time for the food cooking. I have been advised that waiting time is circa 1 hour and had to go out for dining. - Hotel room air was very dry and I woke up very early in the morning from a bad dream with feeling a stick stuck in my throat. I understood that I was very thirsty, and my mouth was completely dry (very unusual feeling). Thus, I drunk 2 little bottles of water from the fridge. Since water is always being provided for free by most of the hotels, I did not expect being charged for that $12.24. Moreover, it was not advised anywhere that the small water bottle is a part of the minibar and each cost $6.12! It would be great if Management of the Hotel would be able to address the above issues and return the water charge taken from my VISA card. Thank you, Konstantin M..
