My room was bad, the lobby had cigarette smell. The phone was not working. At midnight a couple mistook my room for theirs and was knocking very had. They were checking in and no one from the hotel helped. The staff were good but not useful. I will not use this hotel again. I came on my work trip. While the stay was comfortable & food was good, room's bathroom faucet was leaking. Bathroom size is too small with partition glass door not closing properly resulting in water going out. No daily water bottles were provided to the room unless asked for.

i would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. I was quite disappointed with the experience, especially as I have always considered ibis one of my preferred hotels and have had some of my best stays there. I would kindly request that guests not be asked to provide a review repeatedly during check-in, as it can feel uncomfortable and inconvenient. Also, please avoid allotting connecting rooms, particularly for hourly stays, when guests are travelling with family, unless specifically requested. I was also surprised to receive a phone call during/after my stay asking me to provide a review. This was something I had never experienced during my previous stays at ibis and, honestly, I did not find it appropriate. I am sorry to say this, but this experience left me quite disappointed and uncomfortable. I hope the feedback is taken positively and helps improve the guest experience in the future.

The location was really convenient but that's about the only positive. The bed was very uncomfortable, thin walls where I could hear voices and TV audio from other rooms while trying to sleep. Also the wifi is almost non-existent, cannot even play a youtube video on 240p without buffering. The price was also ridiculously expensive for what we get

Stay was quiet good, the ambience of hotel is too good, but you are not providing luggage pickup from room to reception, this area need improvement. The other issue which I faced that I already informed at reception that I will checkout at 2:30 -3. But still they not updated the same in system and disabled my key Authorization. These 2 areas need improvement.
