Wonderful relaxing home from home

Our second visit and again faultless. The staff especially Yogik are friendly, respectful and just great at their job. They are happy to please. The resort itself is so relaxing and the pools especially the infinity pool rooftop is amazing. Variety of food at breakfast and complimentary barista made coffee wonderful. They have a dinner around the pool every night with a different cuisine. Location perfect for shopping

All staff are friendly and helpful. The place is very clean even outside rubbish bins are cleaned and polished each morning. The food is fresh and tasty. Lina our restaurant waitress was so helpful our used plates removed quickly fresh drinks arrived as soon as we finished the last one. Everything was served with a smile. The pools are clean and inviting and lots of green spaces to relax in. Rooms are large and cleaned well each day. Sorry to say I can only speak English but all staff speak English well.

Had an excellent time at the Pullman Legian Bali, it's nice to be back after many years. Rooms and facilities are great. Service is top notch, there are staff everywhere attending to the well manicured grounds, greeting and attending to guests. I'm very impressed at how this place is managed. Rooms get attended to quickly and the turn down service is a great bonus. The staff really exhibit that stellar service and friendliness that Bali is famous for. A real big highlight for me is the breakfast service. From cooks, hosts and wait staff, the staff are super attentive, friendly and customer oriented. The food is also very good with great flavour, which is often not the norm for hotel breakfast service, even at other 5 star joints. Props to the F&B manager Mr Ari, who I see daily take an active role in attending to guests and managing staff. Thanks in particular also to Jun, Frans and Gopi for providing exceptional service and making my stay more pleasant. It's really wonderful to see when a hotel transforms into something wonderful. Mr Yulianto has really done a stellar job. I look forward to returning.
