The location is very good on the beach. The staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble for them to help us with. The room was very clean and quiet and well appointed amenities. The hotel is very good value for money. Restaurant is very good and value for money. I couldn’t believe the staff remember our name.

Terrible… worst hotel experience in Bali ever

Worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at in Bali , VERY DISAPPOINTED , from the moment we checked in , couldn’t find out groups reservation , booked 6 months prior , showed them our booking confirmation & still took nearly an hour to locate the booking , no one seem to have any idea what they were doing . Rooms very very underwelming & not clean at all ….dirty glasses /coffee mugs left for days before they took them away & replaced with clean ones . This is meant to be a 5 star hotel , more like 3 star. The transit room stinks of raw sewerage. I highly recommend avoiding the pullman , there are way nicer & cheaper hotels around .

Stayed here for 2 nights as was looking for somewhere different in Legian. Was absolutely fantastic! Upgraded to a suite, room was so big. Breakfast was the best you can get, so much variety and included barista coffee and smoothies. The icecream was an added novelty, mango in the morning..yum! Also liked that things were refridgerated or kept on ice. Staff were great and very helpful, and the location was fabulous. So close to Garlic Lane and across the road from the beach. We will definitely stay again

Dear General Manager, I hope you are doing well. I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights and wanted to share my candid feedback, as I believe such insights help maintain and elevate service standards. 1. Room Allocation & Time Lost During Check-in I had reserved the Full Ocean View category; however, I was allotted a room on the first floor where the view was completely obstructed by trees, and the balcony did not have long chairs as shown in the room description. I had to request a room change, which consumed almost 40 minutes late at night on the first day of my stay. Subsequently, I was moved to a twin room where the beds were joined to make a king setup, which took an additional 20 minutes. This resulted in a tiring and inefficient check-in experience. 2. Room Maintenance Concerns The overall condition of the room did not reflect Pullman or Accor standards. The restroom door was loose and coming off its frame, and the wooden paint appeared worn out and dated, indicating a need for refurbishment. 3. Disappointment with Food & Beverage Experience On both days, I could only manage to have tea and an omelette, as the food quality across the cuisines we tried was far below expectations. I had shared this feedback with your F&B head, who assured me he would personally take care of the meals the next day. Unfortunately, he did not follow up and even seemed to avoid further interaction. Having travelled extensively and stayed at various Accor properties, this was particularly disappointing. 4. Unfulfilled Birthday Arrangement for My Son I had requested the front desk to arrange a small cake and some decoration for my son’s 6th birthday and had offered to pay for the same. Your team assured me that they would arrange a complimentary small cake, welcome card, and towel art. However, what was provided was merely a small piece of pastry that was dried and of poor taste, which felt impersonal and far from what was promised. Overall Experience These repeated service lapses unfortunately impacted the overall stay. The experience did not reflect the warm hospitality and attentive guest care that Pullman and Accor are known for. As a result, we refrained from dining further or exploring much of the property. I am sharing this feedback so the team can address these concerns and ensure a better guest experience in the future. Arrival booking was for 3 people and room selected was to sleep 4. We were given 2 single beds? Had to pay more. Every night woken due to high reving bike noise and barking dog.
