We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Pullman Bali Legian Beach. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable as possible. A special thank you to Frances, the Duty Manager, as well as Jessica and Fito from the welcoming team. Their warm hospitality, genuine friendliness, and attention to detail made us feel valued throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and they consistently went the extra mile to assist with any request and ensure everything was perfect. The service across the hotel was exceptional, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. It is clear that the staff take great pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. Very run down, needs a lot of work. Bath towels were smelly and old. Breakfast was very disappointing. Top pool doesn't have enough shade.

Every member of the team demonstrated genuine care, professionalism and pride in their work, creating a truly memorable experience. Prior to our arrival, Astiti Kurniawati, Citra and the booking, loyalty and front office teams ensured that our room and arrangements were exactly as requested. Their attention to detail gave us confidence that our holiday would be special. A special thank you to Manager Dodi Rahmadi, whose outstanding leadership, care and attention ensured our stay was perfect. Even after we had checked out and moved on to our next destination, Dodi continued to assist us, reflecting a level of service rarely seen. Executive Chef Wayan Artika deserves special recognition for his exceptional culinary expertise. The quality and variety of Western, Asian and Balinese cuisine was outstanding, and his personal attention to guests made every dining experience memorable. We would also like to thank Suli, Cahya, Seni, Haity, Depa, Dipa, Dedek, Ayo, Yasmika, Aldi and the many other team members who consistently made us feel welcome and valued. The room was lovely and spacious, staff were super accomodating and there was plenty for the kids to do. Breakfast was delis with HEAPS of variety and their speciality buffet dinners were a great experience. We will be back!
