Short stay about 30 hrs but had a great time... Rains made it difficult to enjoy the pool. Overall great location and a well maintained property.

We stayed at Pullman Bali Legian for 4 nights with wife and 2 kids and we loved the place. The exclusive family room was good size and the interior was beautiful. There is lots of green space at the resort to walk and for kids to play. The pool was great. My son really enjoyed in the kids pool. The breakfast was awesome. We also loved the Nasi Goreng at the restaurant. The best thing about this resort is that the people are so kind and welcoming. I want to shout out to Cahya for being so kind and helping my wife with her dress during our photo shoot and to Seni and Heity for being an amazing host and always ready to help us with our food preferences at the restaurant. I will definitely come back for my future stay in Bali.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Hospitality and Outstanding Service We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach, mainly thanks to the exceptional hospitality from the team. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Joko, who was incredibly helpful from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. There was a very simple issue regarding an unpleasant smell in our initial room, which was a bit uncomfortable for us. However, the response was immediate and very professional. The team promptly offered us a replacement room, even allowing us to view and check the room first to ensure the smell was not an issue. In the end, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Suite room, which truly exceeded our expectations. This level of care, attention to detail, and genuine concern for guest comfort made our stay memorable. Thank you to Mr. Joko and the Pullman Legian team for such excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future.

It's a fine hotel, with large rooms. It's across the street from the beach and in the central tourist area. The rooms don't need renovation, but it seems that maintenance has been deferred, especially in the bathroom. There are three small/intermediate sized pools. Breakfast is ok, but there are limited choices. The Indian food section, with two or three main dishes, had the biggest selection. Staff have mixed English ability, which leads to questions on wages because that's rarely an issue at good hotels in Bali. It seemed that cost cutting has gone too far. It affected the customer experience. If you're willing to pay a premium for location and prefer a hotel that caters to Indian clientele, this could be a good choice. If not, I feel that there are better choices in Bali at lower price points.
