Really friendly and professional bar staff. Had a lot of fun with them. Really had fun with them. Would definitely put it as a recommendation. Shout out to Wayan Adi, Semara, Maulida, Intan and Ari for entertaining me. Recommend cocktails like Daquiri.

The bathroom was very spacious & well equipped . The water pressure was strong but the floor a tad too smooth & slippery . Good if non-slipped surface to be introduced to prevent mishaps . The king"s bed in our room ( thanks for the upgrading) was firm and comfy .

Best buffet breakfast. Thanks to El Manik making amazing creations in the kitchen. So beautiful I felt sorry for eating it. Thank you to our hostess Ayu for making us feel so welcome and answering all our queries. Beautiful hotel and all staff so friendly and helpful. Especially loved the infinity pool! Will visit again!
