⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Hospitality and Outstanding Service We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach, mainly thanks to the exceptional hospitality from the team. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Joko, who was incredibly helpful from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. There was a very simple issue regarding an unpleasant smell in our initial room, which was a bit uncomfortable for us. However, the response was immediate and very professional. The team promptly offered us a replacement room, even allowing us to view and check the room first to ensure the smell was not an issue. In the end, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Suite room, which truly exceeded our expectations. This level of care, attention to detail, and genuine concern for guest comfort made our stay memorable. Thank you to Mr. Joko and the Pullman Legian team for such excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future.

First time staying at Pullman Bali Legian Beach. I visit Bali a lot and usually stay at other Accor hotels. Originally booked a suite which felt a bit old and outdated. Spoke to Dodi, the Hotel Manager, and he fixed it straight away by moving us to an Exclusive Family Room. No questions asked. Amazing service. He even came over at breakfast to check everything was good and organised a special mixed dragon fruit juice for us, which was delicious. Great rooftop pool and perfect location right near the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for the hotel, but the room was a little underwhelming. Not sure when a deep clean of the shower was undertaken, but it was not up to standard. Pool was great, but drinks expensive.

Didn’t expect there to be so many families They infinity pool stated adult only but allowed 12yrs and up Breakfast Buffett seemed to cater for Indian nationals and it was not very good options for western nationals Room was good. When no children in infinity pool it was good Gym rules were odd - we were told we had to wear training shoes but the next day 3 people were in gym with no shoes on! Probably wouldn’t stay at Pullman again.

rooms are of motel quality, shower doors dont close, wooden all over has rip offs, mositure on wall... not sure managed to get 5 star Staff is very nice and cordial
