Avoid Room 418. I got absolutely no sleep due to hotel staff constantly letting the emergency exit door slam shut across the hall at all hours of the night. Add in the loud construction noise from the building opposite, and it was an incredibly frustrating stay. I will never stay here again.

I booked this hotel for my short stay. I checked in around 1.30 pm and chose this hotel as they have inhouse restaurant and 24 hour room service. Upon calling the room service we got to know that they are not serving lunch but only certain snacks. Also, we were been asked shamelessly by the hotel staff to order the food from outside. If I had to do so then could have not taken this hotel. I was extremely hungry as well as sleepy. Because of this message I couldn't sleep properly. I should have asked for the compensation for this.

I stayed at this property for the second time and this time my experience was not so pleasant frankly. While the housekeeping was immaculate, the property itself is not being maintained well it seems. First thing that I noticed was a musky smell probably from the carpet as soon as I entered the 4th floor. Even in the room, the washroom smelt foul in between, not continuously. The wash basin drain in the room was kindof choked up and water drained very slow. The hygiene jet was leaking/dripping while using. These are some common touch points which should be looked into without the guest pointing out. I did not use room service or ordered food, so no comments on that part.

We don't have a option to reduce AC temp less than 24 degree C. Room was not cold I was not able to sleep at night. Food taste was also not good.

The stay was comfortable. Would like to give a feedback on few areas, like I wanted to order dinner as I had reached the hotel at approx 10:30 PM and when I tried to call the reception for ordering food the landline was not working, hence I just had water. Another feedback what I would like to share was the lights are too dim which makes it very difficult to view things in the room and so was it in the entire hotel. While dim lights gives a warm atmosphere but should not be that dim as well.

Stay was fine. Rooms are ok. Washroom is too small so after the poop it smells badly, no exaust I guess. Food options are good but not hygiene. Tea cups was not cleaned well. Starters does not have options. Too much salt sometimes in the food.

We stayed for a night, and the stay was very comfortable. Elite recognition is very high, they upgraded our room, and also complimentary amenities were made available to us in the room. Perhaps the best ibis stay I've ever had during my travels, with such a strong elite recognition. Dinner at the restaurant was buffet-style and included in our room rate, but breakfast (also complimentary) was much better and offered plenty of options. The lobby area has foosball, table tennis for entertainment and Charlie's bar had a beautifully decorated wooden chess set. We did not use the gym though it was available. Overall, amazing value for money and great location right next to the metro station and the mall.
