Visiting family in Edinburgh, this was a wonderful place to stay. The kids (6 and 10) loved the warm pool and the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with something for everyone. The room we chose was a little small for us, especially the sofa bed. We'll certainly return.

These rooms can be adjoining (also upon availability) or next to each other. We believe this is a fantastic choice for families that might require just that little bit of extra space. A hotel that has spa facilities but does not provide flip flops to be able to use those facilities should be low budget, which was not the case here since we paid quite expensive for the room. We asked for flip flops but we're told that they are given only to premium room visitors, but we're encouraged to go down and walk barefoot... We asked for water but we're given only a very small bottle 125-150ml even though we were two people staying there. I could not even take my thyroid pills as the water was not enough...

Dear Maria, thank you for your comprehensive feedback regarding your stay - we are sorry that on this occasion we did not manage to impress you. I would like to take some time to respond to you properly: 1) The hotel does not state or promote that we provide slippers in the rooms simply because we do not. They are indeed extras that we include in executive rooms just as part of a premium amenity package. This does not mean that we are inflexible, and if we have any pairs leftover we are always happy to provide them to our guests. I am afraid that we did not have any when you asked, but I promise we are flexible and nice and we always wish to help. 2) We do not offer bottled water in a complimentary basis, but I am sure that, had we known yoy required this water to take some medications, we would have provided it for you as the same concept about flexibility applies. I am genuinely sorry that your experience with us did not leave a good aftertaste and I can see that there is more feedback from you that I will make sure I pass on to our Executive Management. I hope that you give us another chance to serve you better in the future. If you ever decide to rebook, please contact me directly so that we can organise a better experience for you. Staff were welcoming,friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and well maintained. No noise was heard in room even though there was a Christmas party on.

Well located, clean, good mood among employees, liked the bar. Just the Sauna was too cold and had not water bottle to increase the steam in the sauna.

The Hotel and the location is excellent but we were provided the room with accessibility features with a big chair in the shower area leaving hardly any space to stand. Is it standard for all rooms. Also, being an Accor Silver member, the Priority Check IN and Early check In was not offered.
