I stay here a lot. Evening meals not as good as before. Portion size for the baked cod getting smaller and smaller… for £23 it’s not acceptable. I’ve mentioned before but the Buffett breakfast is often not hot

Really lovely hotel and staff. Great location, very easy to get there from the airport and to the city. Lots of shops within walking distance. We were able to store our bags at the hotel before and after check in which was very helpful. My only complaint would be the size of the sofa bed. The bed and duvet were quite small for two people. For family rooms it would be nice to have two proper beds or single beds instead of a sofa bed. We requested another duvet so that helped the situation. Staff were brilliant, very accommodating. Room was comfy and I would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean but dated. TV remote didn’t work so swapped for another remote which didn’t work great. The cold water tap took over five minutes of running to get close to cold but was still more room temperature. The pool is tiny and not good for swimming. The gym is tiny and in a glass box visible to all who walk past to the restaurant. Despite being booked in the hotel I still had to pay £20 for parking with a discount, cheaper than the £48 it would have been.

I am sorry that we did not manage to fulfil your expectations, and that you found the rooms dated, and experienced maintenance issues that prevented you from enjoying your stay. I would like to ask if you reported these issues to the reception team, as I know that we are flexible and always happy to help our guests in the event there is an issue in the rooms. The gym in the hotel is in level -1, which is entirely dedicated to the leisure facilities - gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Our restaurant is in the ground level, meaning that anyone going to or coming from the restaurant would not walk past the gym. Our car park is currently administered by an external company called MyParkingSpace - our parking is indeed paid, but our fares are much cheaper than general fares in the city centre. We offer several types of discounts as well, the best of which is the Membership discount which you qualified for, as you are a valued member of Accor Live Limitless.
