We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. Our lovely waitress Demi provided exceptional service to us throughout the meal. She even offered a celebratory cocktail to mark my graduation day ! We were all thrilled with the food, it was delicious.

Although it was just a short stay l found the Novotel very comfortable, very clean and friendly. Also only 2 minutes walk to the Edinburgh Trams. With easy access to the Airport and City Centre.

Used this hotel again for a day booking and what a treat to see they now have a sauna as well as their steam room and pool. Yes! I most definitely did make use of these! Such a charming escape and nothing too much bother for the staff when my room key stopped working. Fixed swiftly!

Worst stay of 20 day Uk holiday

Rented two rooms for 3 nights -they were not close to each other. one was the accessible room which is on the far end of the fourth floor. Not sure how that’s considered assessable in the event of an emergency. the toilet did not flush properly we called the front desk and maintenance aware the very first night. They plunged it and told us to hold the flusher longer - that didn’t work. So it was uncomfortable to use the bathroom in the room when even a square of toilet paper wouldn’t flush. We hung the don’t need to clean sign on the door for both days and it was still cleaned and again the toilet was emptied each day.

Please note that we did not have intention to allocate your two rooms so far from each other, but our twin rooms are only on the first floor, where we do not have double rooms, and we did not have double rooms available at the time of the check in. I can assure that we listen and we will change every part of the toilette in your double room.
