The gentleman at reception was just lovely. Rooms a lovely size as well. The only let down was that there was a used tissue and contact lenses packaging under the bed - our baby grabbed it so that was slightly disgusting.

Staff on reception were busy having their own discussions the afternoon of check in at 3pm (I believe a handover shift) but I felt a bit of an inconvenience checking in... however, when my room was ready the lady checking me in was very friendly. Rooms seemed dated and basic, didn't represent the photographs on the website. Maybe you have some more recently renovated rooms, I was in a accessible double.

On arrival, customer service from staff was excellent. Great experience. Room was bright and had everything I needed.. Close to all transport links into town. Had dinner and breakfast which were great. Would highly recommend this hotel..
