Sofitel BKC gave us amazing experience. We traveled with 2 grandkids and stayed for 6 nights. Each day was great. Property is very clean; food is delicious; amenities were perfect; but most importantly, customers service was outstanding. The crew on 14 th floor and hostess and servers in the 14 th floor lounge gave us customized service and made little kids very comfortable. The chef at jyran,servers at the breakfast and bar tenders at the Le Bar were very friendly and started guessing our orders. Star of the show was the pool where we spent many hours. It was all most like staying at home.

Wonderful and exceptional stay

Had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Mumbai BKC and the stay was very comfortable. The reception team is exceptional. Would like to extend my regards to Pratik, Riddhi, Yash ,Ajinkya for making the stay memorable. Would definitely recommend my friends & family to stay here and I will definitely comeback again to experience the hospitality here. Last but not the least Kanchan and Rahul at Jyran were very helpful.
