A great hotel, the staff are very friendly & very helpfull. This hotel is very handy for the station, so if anyone has walking problems it is short walk to the hotel, plus it is handy for the buses the Number 7 takes you to the mariena, & the bus gos past the north street bus stop which you can a bus to other parts of Brighton. Mean while back to the Hotel it has a great atmosphere, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is excellant with plenty of variaty. In all a fantastic hotel.

The stay was fine, quick check in/out and had what I needed. The room was quite warm and it took a long time for the air conditioning to kick in which made for a slightly disrupted sleep. One piece of feedback - as there is minimal in-room facilities, I would suggest a better quality coffee (Gold Blend at least) and some more milks as standard - but that is of course personal preference.

Room was very clean, staff very polite & helpful. Breakfast was great & bed was comfortable. Only negative point not enough electrical sockets in room & need hand towels as well as bath towels .

1. Staff are all very friendly and helpful 2. Location is perfect. right next to brighton station. 3. poor hardware - no electrical plug or usb charger next to either side of the bedside table - no rack to hang own shower gel inside the shower - shower water pressure is very low - no clothes drying rack for wet clothes (as uk is always raining...)

We stayed at this ibis for only one night. The location next to the station was perfect and the staff were so friendly and helpful, even letting us check in early when we arrived. The breakfast was reasonably priced and very nice quality with plenty of variety. Thanks. We’d definitely stay again next time we were in Brighton.

This place is near the Brighton station which is a huge advantage and 5 mins walk to shopping center. Me and my team (of 6-9 people) usually stays in this hotel for twice a year for at least three weeks each visit. Ibis Brighton team makes sure we are comfortable for our entire stay. They would accommodate our requests (including room requests) and would always ask if they could do anything to make us feel comfortable. But above all those, I would commend the team. Everyone is approachable, friendly and easy to deal with. From people on the receptionist, to breakfast (who always remembers my usual porridge request), to housekeeping, they would always provide service with a smile, which is such a delight. I would recommend this hotel! :)

Very convenient for the train station and close to the North Laines shops and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable and practical. I loved the bathroom pod, perfect for one person, might feel a bit small if two people were using it though. The room was on the 9th floor which meant there was very little street noise but the window was unnecessarily small which made the room rather dark.

Classic Ibis style so good bed, overall decent room (with the ‘Ibis’ style bathroom. Room on the 10th floor so with a view. As platinum member thought those little macaroons and the welcome card were a nice little touch to make you feel welcome. Friendly staff, very convenient location right by the station and short walk to seafront.

Excellent. Friendly welcome at the reception desk and we were offered a room on 4th floor instead of 9th floor when I explained my fear of lifts! Room was clean, bed was comfortable and pillows and bedding were good too. We thought we might experience noise from the street below as our room was at the front and overlooked the main route to and from the station, but it was surprisingly quiet. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the area and parking not far away if not arriving by train. Would use again if staying in the area.

All very good esp. as I messed up my original booking on line (no amends, no refund type) and they still helped me change it when I called up. Friendly welcome and decent size room with a really good view over Brighton roof tops and the sea in the distance (10th floor). Bathroom a little on the cheap side but clean and functional for one night. Peaceful night's sleep. All in all I would certainly recommend.

Stayed at this Ibis on numerous occasions. Nice quiet room 916 on 9th floor, with a sea view, clean, good nights sleep. However shower rail was loose, broken light switch by bedside and none of the tv channels appeared to work so there must be a connection issue.
