Location was great, a minute from the station and plenty of the shops/ bars. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. the room was clean but had a smell of drains that dissipated after running the sink and shower for a bit. The flooring was also a bit knackered with a floorboard so out of shape I stubbed my toe on it. Duvet was a little thin for the temperature but for £40 a night it was, like I said, very decent.

From checking in to leaving every staff member was smiling and friendly. I had four lovely restful nights, just what I needed. I meant to come down and ask for teaspoon, as there was only 2 wooden ones on the tea tray in room. I loved the addition of recycling bins at the exit so I could drop of my plastic/paper waste. It was a much needed holiday, Thank you I felt safe and welcome.

We had a lovely experience here in the Ibis Brighton city centre. The staff were great — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I had a full English breakfast with a coffee, and everything was spot on. A special mention to Ester and Daisuke, who were absolutely amazing and made the visit even better. Would highly recommend!

The hotel's location is very central. Right next to the train station, all the important points of the city are within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is very good. The housekeeping is doing their job very well. Breakfast is a buffet, rich and delicious. The reception staff are very friendly and provide all kinds of help and support. We would like to thank all the staff who contributed during our stay.
