Dear Christopher, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your recent stay was affected by issues with the bathroom and the air conditioning. We are particularly concerned to hear about the persistent smell in the bathroom, especially as you had raised a similar issue previously. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and your comments will be shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so that the matter can be properly investigated and addressed. We are also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning not functioning consistently during your stay. We understand how important a comfortable room temperature is, particularly during warmer weather. While some systems may be adjusted for energy efficiency, they should still operate reliably and effectively, and we regret that this was not your experience. Thank you again for your feedback.
