Normally stay here for the location as handy for the station . But wouldn’t stay in the future now . Checkin was cold , distant and unfriendly. No effort made to eye contact just a mumbling .i booked through a 3rd party and was asked for ID. I have never been asked for id in a uk hotel ever and was not notified beforehand about this I was on floor 6 which was very noisy . Cleaner hoovering and banging at 09:30 . Don’t they realise that people sleep in etc . The plumbing was awfully noisy as well. I specifically asked the cleaner not to do my room as I had personal stuff out etc and there was no point as I was there for 2 days but they still did . I wouldn’t stay again. Just don’t think they care

Lovely hotel and great friendly service and a great location next to Brighton Station, from the moment we checked in, to check out, the staff are extremely friendly and cannot fault this place and will definitely return next time we visit. Nothing was too much. This was my first time staying in an Ibis. The room was on the 5th floor and had a view of the main road, this did not affect us, the room has aircon and heating and was very big and spacious. We will definitely be back soon The team were amazing

Room clean and comfortable.Booked breakfast for the first nights but unfortunately there was a child who seemed to live there that was contantly touching food open on the Buffet,and his mother and staff did not react.

Clean functional room, great shower! Staff really helpful and super friendly. Overall really pleased - was a little noisy from the hallway and room next door, but still good! Overall very pleased - will book again :)
