For the amount paid, a disappointing experience. Check in was fine but from there unfortunately downhill. The room was old and outdated, the provided towels were filthy (not sure what the stains were??) and waited for 30 minutes at breakfast before being told our order had been forgotten (it was not overly busy). The staff seemed inexperienced and poorly trained, and lacked basic customer skills. Wouldn’t recommend for the price

I was disappointed with my stay due to poor hygiene and service. The bottled water provided in the room had mould on the cap. When we reported this to the reception, they did not offer any apology and simply said they would replace it. Additionally, the room felt as though it had not been occupied for a long time. There was an unpleasant, stale smell when we entered, which further affected our comfort. I expected better cleanliness standards and more professional customer service from the hotel.

Room was ok. Only double beds no queen or king. No room upgrades No welcome in room. Note or gift. Usually get a bottle of wine or chocolates for being an Accor gold member.
