I was incorrectly charged for 2 x mini bar "food" items. When I called and asked what the charges were i was told they were drink items. Not a good look!

The room was lovely and spacious, clean, comfortable and the service was excellent. All staff were very helpful and courteous, especially when there was an issue with the cooling in room, which was resolved perfectly while we were out. I felt that the breakfast was not worth the money and I was not informed of the Sunday surcharge when we arrived at breakfast. $90 for two medium sized breakfasts was excessive and I probably would not have breakfast there again.

Location was excellent, very close to the venue we were attending. Lots of guests as it was a peak period with an event occuring but check in was done quickly and smoothly. Comfortable beds and great food provided via room service and breakfast in the restaurant.
