Checking in I said I’m paying with an ACCOR gift card. I’m then handed the room swipe cards and told they’ve used my credit card on file! I said I’m paying with a gift card. This transaction maxed out my credit card which is why I stated I was using a gift card. The manager reversed the transaction which took two days to return to my account plus I had to ask for the credit card fees to be returned. This was not done initially. Other than that, another great stay.
