A mid standard hotel located close to our conference facilities. Check-in and other formalities good, breakfast I would rate quite high but the bed, my goodness. Each night the bed was short sheeted. Despite my complaint to housekeeping every night was the same. I had to pull everything out from the end of the bed to get under the sheet and doona. and despite having a king room, it was 2 single beds pushed together, so I had a ridge running down the centre, most uncomfortable. Other conference attendees also complained of the same issues...

I stayed at the Pullman for two nights as it was close to the Sydney show grounds and was exactly what I was after. I experienced good customer service polite and friendly. The bed was comfortable and I am very happy the bathroom shower had a towel rail attached and a separate bath+ towel rail where the bath is it's exactly what I was after as I was staying with a friend. I am quite happy with my stay but there were a few minor things I would hope to be improved e.g. The friend I stayed with had a bit of a tantrum with the bed sheets and made a mess, the doona cover does not close so she found it had stains on the doona when it came out. The pillows were not overly comfortable I did struggle to get to sleep. The drain in the shower looked to me like it might have had a little bit of mold or at least lime and the shower could use some new grout. There were no cooking amenities I definitely would have loved if the room had a microwave/oven for my holiday treat garlic bread as no restaurants provide the correct garlic bread.

1. Room Air Con was not working properly. I have to report this to the reception to get it done. 2. No milk was givne to the room each day. 2nd day I have to ask twice to get the milk. 3. Invoice was wrong and had to talk to the reception and had to ring the hotel 3 times to get the charges fixed. I was over charged for breakfast.

We had a great stay. Friendly and helpful staff. May be the restaurant for evening meal was a little too fancy and we couldn’t find anything quite simple enough for a sportsman feed. May be there should be a “simple” meals section a bit like kids meals! With some ordinary dishes - steak and chips/fish and chips/schntzel. We had to resort to junk food which was less than ideal. Breakfast was great.
