We have stayed many times at this hotel. The check in staff were excellent however our suite was not clean and in need of an overhaul. The cleaning staff didn’t make the bed - left pillows on the floor and certainly didn’t wipe anything down.

The suite felt old and dated with odd furniture, and the bedroom lights were not working. Room service was extremely expensive for what was delivered ($110 for a steak and fries, with the salad served with a paper napkin). Parking was over $50 per day and not disclosed at the time of booking. Overall, a disappointing stay.
