Great location - only 15 minute walk to centre and some lovely shops/pubs to visit on the way. The 2 ladies on duty were very friendly and helpful - Esme and Elena - from checking us in, sorting out our tv and then serving at the bar. Plenty of choice at breakfast and everything was hot and kept topped up. Our room was very comfortable - the bed especially - and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Parking can be an issue due to the size of the car park but we were informed of a nearby alternative. Luckily we didn't need it as a space became available - all down to luck.

Mixed review: + Good location + Useful loading area out front - Gound floor lift lobby had a musty smell - Room 326’s air con was gurgling all night despite it being “off” which kept waking me up and unable to get back to sleep - Parking info on booking confirmation emails not up to date (eg Station long stay no longer in use- why suggest it then?, missing a link for Nunnery Lane, Everyman car park says £10 followed by “now £10.50”- why not just list it as £10.50? Overall was good value for the location but with small improvements, would be even better.

Lovely room, and great location; just 15 mins from the centre. It was a particularly cold night and the room was chilly, but with air con in there, I was able to warm it up pretty quickly!
