Situated at Birmingham International Airport, this modern hotel is just a minute's walk from the Airport Terminal. Ibis Budget Birmingham Airport is also just 2-minute shuttle ride from NEC, Resorts World, Genting Arena and BHX train station (Airport SkyRail shuttle). I wasn’t expecting much from Ibis Budget hotel but have to say our one night stopover before our early morning flight was excellent. Each member of staff, from reception to restaurant and bar, were so friendly. I also experienced an issue with room heating but it was dealt with in an excellent manner. I was offered another room or a portable heater opting for the heater. Great location for departures, just a two minute walk away. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

If you just need a bed before your flight this is a good option. It’s no frills but comfortable enough.

Room a bit on the "tight" side but I didn't have large luggage so not a problem. Partner found lack of hairdryer and issue but overall ok for price and really convenient location. Food and drink availability good.

Good stay for a conference

Stayed here for a work conference and the room was simple and clean. Room was nothing special but this is reflected in the price. Tea and coffee is available on the 1st floor. Would be good to have some sigh post for that as not easy to find. Things I really did like. The bed was very comfy and the pillows were lovely! Something I really liked too. I had a full size towel and not a tea towel sized one. this was a welcome change from most hotels I stay in.
