Bar/restaurant service brilliant served by Andre - very polite and friendly, and professional Room very comfortable with tea/coffee facilities, comfortable beds and very clean and great shower with toiletries provided Great little hotel for an overnight stay before flight Definitely recommend 1st class accommodation

Usually I don't go to the hotel restaurant for dinner, glad I did, burger was good a lot better than I expected. Service by Andre was top notch, looked after us well. Location of hotel is perfect in terms of airport and NEC, room is alright to throw the head at end of the day

On arrival it must of took twenty minutes to check in, as there was a problem with you credit card machine, it would not excerpt payment. The room was extremely basic and the cold, putting the heater higher was a bit noisy. The room was quiet apart for the heating system. The restaurant was good, food was lovely and the waiter was brilliant, his name was Harman.

The Budget Isis hotel was fine - it did a job. It is a minimal experience, but clean and tidy. It was value for money. We had an evening meal and were waited on by the excellent Harman. He was witty, entertaining and efficient. The young man did an excellent job!

Booked a night as we are flying early morning. Bed very comfortable and room a nice size. Food was really nice, Our server Vishnu was very nice and attentive. Would recommend for convenience to departures/arrivals and for the price it’s not breaking the bank
