As a crew we do not have fixed schedule. When I reached hotel immediately we ordered for food but it took too long to deliver food where we were starving as we did no have anything since we leave for a flight. As u are into this for so long we hope tharu understand how our needs are and we expect that it will be maintained throughout our stay. But, this time my experience was little upsetting because. Food was late and and my request for tadka was not fullfilled. Where we waited so long for food still did not receive want we wanted to have. However, we understand that it takes long because of the pending orders but I would expect as u know we need to prepare ourselves for the next day and sometimes we have very short time of stay our need should be fullfilled at the earliest possible. Besides, your staff showed empathy and apologized which I would like to appreciate. Also special thanks to SHRUTI , your front desk executive. She was very well spoken and helpful. I really hope to experience something different in my next stay.
