Stayed at Ibis Budget previously but tried these rooms pre flight. Welcoming staff , room comfortable and clean. Enjoyed evening meal and drinks. Good value for money Breakfast over at Novotel (Christmas Day) very good selection and 5 min walk no problem Will use again

Stayed for the night before our holiday, excellent service and a big shout out to Andre who was an excellent waiter and nothing was too much trouble, a great place to stay to take the stress out of the start of our holiday. Room is everything you need for a short stay

I had a great evening meal prior to my flight the following day. The waiter Andre was very attentive and efficient in his job. I had a Chicken Tikka Masala for mains and a Chocolate Brownie for Desert. For a drink I had two bottles of Budweiser and a bottle of still water. All great.

We needed a quick stopover at the airport, prior to an early flight the next day. We'd stayed in the ibis budget wing of this hotel a few years prior, but gave the core ibis rooms a try this time and were not disappointed. Rooms were freshly appointed and comfortable, with snacks and tea/coffee provided. Lobby bar/restaurant well stocked, with good-value dishes and drinks. The welcome was kind and the restaurant service excellent. We did not try the breakfast this time, as you're literally across the street from the check-in hall at BHX. The pre-purchased rate was very good and we were happy to spend an extra £10 over the budget rate for the nicer room. Will use again, when needed.
