Hotel was nice and staff were very friendly. I liked the location. Pool area was very nice, but there could be sunbeds on shadow too. Beds were too hard for me. Moving around was difficult because bussis didn't go often and sceduels wasn't right or busses were late. A lot. But that is not your fault. Overall stay was pleasant.

It was a comfortable stay. Staff is nice and took care of us. We made Salerno our base for exploring Campania. Since we had a rental car, we could get to ferry terminal for exploring Amalfi coast, Capri, and Pompeii. Without a car it would not have been easy since hotel is far from old town and not very close to ferry terminal.

The room was in a completely unacceptable state of hygiene and maintenance for a property of this category, poor general cleanliness of the room, black mold (fungus) in the bathroom; obvious lack of maintenance. These conditions are not only below expected standards, but also potentially harmful to the health of guests. I'm still waiting for a response from the management regarding my complaint.
