I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The hotel is a distance from the station, approx 5K, but was close to my business meeting. It is a clean and modern hotel, the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is traditional continental, with a few hot items served, it is quite pricey at 14 euro's per day, so best to book online at the reduced rate. In the room is a spacious area, the only element lacking was the facilities for drinks. Although a kettle was in the room, there was no milk, despite a fridge and only one sachet of coffee and two tea bags. The cups were card and not good for more than one use. There is a mini bar and the water is reasonably priced at 2.5 euro's, it would have been nice if the water was compliamentry. Overall, the staff were friendly and professional, helping me to arrange a taxi on my day of departure.

The rooms were good but the breakfast was below average from other Novotel chains or even other 3-star hotels. Also the location is far from Salerno city and if you don’t have your own vehicle this hotel is not for you.

Very helpful/friendly reception staff especially the female in the mornings. Air conditioning wasnt comfortable. it was hot and we had to keep windows open. some unknown bites on all our group members. Basin sink was blocked. No vegeterian hot food for breakfast, all meat egg options were there.
