Very helpful/friendly reception staff especially the female in the mornings. Air conditioning wasnt comfortable. it was hot and we had to keep windows open. some unknown bites on all our group members. Basin sink was blocked. No vegeterian hot food for breakfast, all meat egg options were there.

This hotel does not know the rules of Diamond. They made two fried eggs for breakfast and asked for an extra fee. I learned that eggs for breakfast are charged. Thank you.

Reception staff were very bright and cheery, and this was the best part of the stay. Wait staff were disinterested and tended to prefer talking to each other than actually providing a service to the customers -this was somewhat off-putting. No recognition of ALL program membership. Not quite what I expected from Novotel

Chose the Novotel for our overnight stop on our journey to Sicily. Well located and the free on-site parking was a bonus. Just outside the main town suited us but a short walk to the supermarket and local bars.
