Staff were great but I feel the management have lost sight of customer satisfaction.. Having one paper cup per guest in the room and 1 sachet of coffee is not being sustainable it’s being cheap. Not turning the aircon for the hotel to cool but keeping it on heating when the rooms are stifling hot doesn’t make for a pleasant stay.

Sono tornato dopo 7 anni in questo hotel, confermo la posizione comoda ma è ora di rinnovarlo un po’; la camera era datata ma la cosa che mi ha colpito di più negativamente è stata la colazione, non so se è sceso tutto il livello per la catena Accor, ma non ci siamo proprio rispetto al passato.

Every thing is ok, but the room temperature was too hot and the A.C. didn’t let any changes. The solution given by the concierge was let the windows open and good luck with the mosquitos
