This hotel is in a great spot for exploring Naples. The area is safe, close to public transport and the old town. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The decor is a bit dated, but the hotel clean and the beds and linen are nice.

I stayed on a Saturday night and it was very noisy, Sunday was better. The internet wasn't great and the bar was closed. The room was also hot and couldn't cool. It was very clean and close to things.

The location is brilliant, loads on your doorstep and nice views. We did manage to get late check out which was helpful. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t very good and very noisy so we had to keep it on low at night. We asked about welcome drinks but could only use it as specific times at the terrace bar, I wish we were told this at check in but not a massive issue.

Happy with the location & staff but the room was extremely tired and shabby. First we were given a room where the door did not fully open and the WiFi did not work. We were then given a room that clearly needed refurbishment especially the bathroom. It was dusgusting and the shower dripped. We have stayed in other All Accor hotels. This was the shabbiest one. We paid nearly 250 Euros per night and were extremely disappointed with the room.

I don't usually like to provide negative reviews, and I won't do so publicly, but I do think that you need to hear the feedback which I found a little concerning. When I arrived to the room there was black hair on the bed which to be honest I just swiped away, these things happen, the bed was perfectly made, it obviously just fell. However, when I went to the bathroom there was also a strand of hair hanging from the shower head, and one of the towels had little black "bits" on it. I found it strange because it was right on the front of the towel, impossible not to see, I don't know how housekeeping could have possibly missed it. So unfortunately those 3 things combined did leave me with some concerns regarding the cleanliness and the housekeeping process. Our room was quite small and the décor a bit tired looking. The bathroom was very small and not that clean, especially the shower. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was very nice, but a bit of a trek to get to. It is an ideal location for the ferry port.

The hotel was located fairly centrally with some touristy areas nearby to tour. The lobby and common areas were nice. I would suggest against booking a single-bed room, even if a solo traveller, as the room was more drab and very small. The air conditioner started flooding due to the excessive humidity from the inclement weather, but the hotel took prompt action and moved me to a king-bed room, which was much more spacious and attractive to the eye. I was very impressed with the hotel's customer service in this regard and would recommend getting a larger room if you are to stay here to have sufficient space. The highlight for me was the breakfast buffet which was excellent with lovely staff
