I wanted to change my room once I was given at the check in. Local manager/supervisor Alessandra was very helpful. He told the front desk to change my room and to give us an upgraded room. She came to the new rooms with us. Later she came with some food and gifts for us. She even communicated with our tour company for the correct location. Thank you Alessandra for your great help and support.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient location near metro station and port. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as the piazza with shopping. OK for rooms and breakfast. Older rooms that have been patched up. For the price, there may be better options available.
