The hotel staff were very friendly and had excellent customer service. However the room did not meet what it said. It was not sound proof at all, we heard every Vespa, laugh, bottle and bang. No air conditioning until it hits 28 degrees, however the hotel gave us a fan to use. No hand towels or face washers. 3 in one body gel, shampoo and conditioner. No body lotion. Bar not open until 6pm daily. No restaurant in the hotel but plenty nearby which were great. Plus a super small convenience store next door that had basics. Water saving measures means extremely poor water pressure in the shower, it takes so long to wash the soap off. And the shower itself was so small if you bent slightly you touched the walls. A number of tiles in the bathroom had big cracks or pieces taken out of them. The bed and pillows were ok for me but hubby didn’t like it. 1 out of the 2 lifts was not working nearly every second day of our 5 night stay. I would not recommend anyone stay here unless you want the basics and can sleep through anything.

I really appreciated the location, which was very convenient. However, my room on the first floor was too warm, and it was impossible to sleep with the window open due to heavy traffic and smog. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, both in terms of variety and the beautiful view from the terrace.

The Air conditioner couve bê not turn on and the wheather was very hot outside and inside. So, no make sense turn off the Air conditioner in the hotel. Beside of that, we could not extend the reservation in the same room.

A truly awful experience. I'm a Platinum member, and the reservations team made the wrong booking, so they never recognized my membership. I received no service whatsoever, and I still haven't been able to get Accor to acknowledge my stay at the hotel. A real disgrace. I won't be returning, nor will I recommend anyone stay with you.
