Our Taxi driver recommended the hotel after realizing that another hotel booked through e-dreams hat many additional costs and the room was not at all the room we saw the internet because it was no hotel at all, we went looking for an alternate hotel and came to know the Mercure. We were greeted with friendliness, cleanliness, excellent food, great view and a happy stay. Thank You.

I have stayed many different places in Naples, but this time was planning to take a ferry to Sicily and so wanted to stay near the port. This was a great option, the room was very comfortable, the staff was incredibly nice, checkout is at noon, which is not necessarily the case everywhere and was very convenient for me, and I used the gym and it was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay, great location close to tge subway and also not far from the old town walking. Had a room to the front which was very noisy. Beds comfortable, staff very friendly
