Wonderful and helpful staff (easy check in, bar staff and at breakfast). Convenient location. Although your hotel provides no parking - there were 2 garages next to your hotel (it would have been helpful to state this on your website). Very nice flexible welcome drink. Breakfast was ok, coffee machine disappointing (in Italy?) and terrace was lovely. Our first room (101) was noisy, air-conditioning did not work and shower did not drain properly - all dealt with by your reception and changed us to a better room the next day. It was a much nice room but once again, the air-conditioning needs looking into.

we had a roo 1st floor view to street. that was noisy the whole night, couldnt sleep. for this price i wouldnt recommend or go anymore again.
