Had an awful experience with staff. Accidentally booked on the wrong day. Called within 5 min of booking to change and everyone was extremely unhelpful. Did not stay at hotel.

Hotel is centrally located within easy access of Via Toledo the main shopping area. The hotel room was extremely comfortable with a large screen television. The breakfast area is situated on the third floor with an outside dining area which was most welcome on hot days. The quality of food served was both flavoursome and plenty.,

Hotel is in an excellent location with a stunning breakfast terrace overlooking the castle and port. Hotel is very close to port, metro and all the sights. Hotel is well maintained and breakfast is absolutely delicious with lovely service. Hotel went out of the way to make our stay perfect. All staff provided wonderful service.

I have asked a quiet room... not the case. Impossible to sleep during the night 2 rooms reserved, not the same services inside... Bathroom very old and dirty Breakfast very pour, bad quality Photos on the website are not relevant except for the reception All the staff (except one person) were focused on their cell Phone or were in a very focus discussion between themselves. No welcomness, feeling to distrib their Day. Prices for this kind of services are not justified... it s more like theft

As an Accor ALL Platinum member, I expected a much higher standard of service and hospitality. Unfortunately, the experience was undermined by several issues. Most concerning was that our room ran out of shower gel/body wash and, despite repeated requests over two days, it was never replenished. This is a basic housekeeping requirement. In addition, the service at both check-in and check-out was unfriendly and unhelpful. The reception staff came across as dismissive, and requests for assistance were not handled professionally. My request to speak with the Duty Manager was also refused. I don't think they like tourist. Combined with a disappointing breakfast, this stay fell well below expectations for both the Mercure brand and the price charged. At breakfast we were asked multiple times each day for our room number. This was an embarrassment. Write it down!
