The hotel was located fairly centrally with some touristy areas nearby to tour. The lobby and common areas were nice. I would suggest against booking a single-bed room, even if a solo traveller, as the room was more drab and very small. The air conditioner started flooding due to the excessive humidity from the inclement weather, but the hotel took prompt action and moved me to a king-bed room, which was much more spacious and attractive to the eye. I was very impressed with the hotel's customer service in this regard and would recommend getting a larger room if you are to stay here to have sufficient space. The highlight for me was the breakfast buffet which was excellent with lovely staff

This was a good pick for our one night stay. Well located a short walk from the ferry to Amalfi and Alibus to airport. Ask for a room that faces the street, pretty views.

The staff were helpful, and the hotel was in a great location. However, my Accor Gold status was not automatically recognised, and I had to ask about it. There was no welcome “gift”, and I was told that no upgrade was available, even though upgrades were available online. I would prefer it if the hotel chain were more consistent.

Stayed a week at Mercure Napoli Centro Angioino, staff were very welcoming and helpful, room was clean and well appointed. The gym facilities were a welcome addition and the view of Castelle Nuovo from the terrace at breakfast was beautiful. Good access to rail and sea transport links.

I like the location, near port, Via Toledo and major sights. The reception staff was efficent, kind and polite. Room excellent, with all amenities, great sound isolation and no noise from the outside. Breakfast should be improved, for 16 EUR additional payment, it must have more choices.

I checked in here very last minute after my previous hotel in Naples was not safe for a solo female traveller. I was really upset and scared on arrival and Francesco made me feel welcome and safe straight away. Thank you so much for this I had emailed the hotel the night before I explain my situation and asked for the earliest check in possible which was no problem at all. Unfortunately, the room did not match the photos shown on the website. The biggest issue was the bed—instead of the advertised King-size bed, we were given a small 140 cm double bed. Overall, it was quite disappointing and not what we paid for.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mercure Angioino. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the port, making it ideal for anyone planning to catch a ferry. It’s within easy walking distance of Piazza Plebiscito, Via Toledo and Via Chiaia, where you’ll find plenty of great shops, cafés and restaurants. We also enjoyed walking to the historic centre (Centro Storico) to visit the famous Via San Gregorio Armeno, renowned for its traditional workshops creating beautiful handcrafted Nativity scenes. The vibrant Spanish Quarters are also nearby, full of lively tavernas and a fantastic atmosphere, especially in the evenings. This hotel is the perfect base if you want to spend a few days exploring Naples before taking a ferry to Capri, Ischia, Procida or the Amalfi Coast, or if you’re returning from those destinations before heading to the airport. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

Hotel has a great and very convenient location. I had an opportunity to interact with receptionist Mary number of times. She was very nice and helpful. I appreciated her acknowledging that some Diamond perks could not be provided due to high occupancy (upgrade, late checkout). Room is nice after renovation with bathroom lacking. Air conditioning could be more efficient. I was not happy with cleaning staff. They knock and enter immediately without waiting for reply. First time they did it at 9.30 on check out day - they should know room was not vacated. Second time was at 11.50 with interaction via reception even though it was still before check out time.

We were in napoli for 1 night : staff was very nice, room is modern and breakfast taken at the outside terrace is great. The location is good if you want as well to discover amalfi coast : capri, ischia, positano etc.. with ferryboat just few min walk from the hotel.

Hotel is a prime position for exploring Napoli particularly on foot . Stones throw from Ferry Terminal, Metro which can take you to Garibaldi train station & centrale Easy walk to Toledo, 15 minutes to Historic centre We had a privilege room , good size room & bathroom, good AC which we needed !!! You are right on street so expect some traffic noise. Staff at front desk always friendly, welcoming however the breakfast was below standard , not topped up , I got tired of asking if anything more was coming out . My partner stated that it wasn’t worth going ! I did point out to front desk but nothing changed & we were there 7 days .

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location, service, breakfast, and the room were all very good. The only issue was the bathroom, which felt quite outdated. Water also leaked onto the bathroom floor after every shower. I think renovating the bathroom would make a significant improvement and bring it in line with the quality of the rest of the hotel.
