Well located, plenty of shops nearby, good breakfast and view when having breakfast of the castle and port, clean rooms and comfy beds. Rooms are a bit noisy on the roadside and small but the open balcony and view helps.

The hotel clearly is a bit dated except for the lobby and part of the room. Bathroom also pretty old. Location is right in the heart of Napoli, staff were friendly and value for money was good. The breakfast could use some improvements in terms of general ambiance and offerings at the buffet.
