Very disappointed with not providing coffee or tea making facility in the room no bar fridge etc. Coffee making facility only provided near the dining area with cheap coffee, cheap tea bags and paper cups no ceramic cups etc. No fridge or milk near the coffee making area etc. Breakfast was hopeless for 12Euros per person. It’s a disgrace to the All Accor chain of hotels. No Drainage from bathrooms and water was splashing everywhere when having shower and the shower screen was broken and swinging everywhere causing water to splash on the floor.

Surprisingly excellent breakfast Great location We stayed there for 1 night because all other hotels were fully booked. It was clean, friendly staff and near the train station. A scale (for liggage) at the hotel and also fridge in the room would have been useful.

We stayed only one night, but I didn’t expect our stay will be so comfortable. Decent breakfast, clean rooms, lovely terrace. Even though our room was facing a train road, we slept nicely without hearing any sound of passing trains. I didn’t expect that level comfort and service from budget hotel

It was our honeymoon and we emailed you beforehand to tell you this. You didn’t acknowledge the email, you didn’t greet us at all when we came, never mentioned our honeymoon to us once or even bothered to say congrats which okay fine. On top of this no clean towels were provided, ac and WiFi did not work well in our room, and your official website has checkout at 12 pm but 9:30 am you were banging on my door and then proceeding to call our room twice which did not leave a very great feeling.

Very convenient location, right around Napoli central station. A lot of restaurants to choose from. Many tour packages pick up point is also closed to the hotel. The only downside is noises from trains other than that good hotel to stay.

While the location of the property is close to station, thats the only good thing about it. We had a very bad experience with everything else. When it was raining the water started coming in the room through the windows at midnight while the family was asleep. They couldn’t fix the problem and we had to put layers of towel on the windows to prevent the floor and our luggage from getting wet. Only a sorry was offered for the inconvenience. The bar served one of the worst Aperol spirit that we had in Italy. Food options were limited, understandable but they were all frozen food that were warmed up and served. The evening host was unhelpful and it seemed she was occupied with something even when there were no other guests in the lobby. The bathroom size was okay but you have to be a genius to get the right temperature from the shower.

Big rooms. No fridge. Water and cake at reception. Simple, but good breakfast. Devoted maids. Receptionists are speaking french, despite you talk in english. Small kids corner. Free coffee and hot water for tea. Clean lobby. Small and slow lifts. A bit old furniture in the rooms. Great balconies. Big bathroom. Lots of plug-ins.

She kindly arranged an early check-in for us and also gave us an additional hour for check-out, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and, above all, such wonderful and attentive staff. Our room was spotless, the bed was big and extremely comfortable, and everything was perfectly maintained. The hotel’s location is also fantastic—right in the heart of Naples, very close to the city center and the central train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city and traveling around.
