Conveniently located near the train and metro stations. Signs to hotel (on a side street) are VERY useful. Very helpful and friendly staff. Super comfortable and extremely clean room. Wide variety of fresh and gorgeous breakfast options. Patio with lime trees is lovely and perfect to enjoy a glass of wine after enjoying Naples.

Terrible beds

While the location was very close to the train station. The area was rough and the beds were awful. They were like old squeaky wire camper beds with a thin hard mattress. It made sleep almost impossible. One of the worst Accor experiences I have had
