A very comfortable 3-star hotel, very well located for transport and excellent medium-priced restaurants (on Piazza Garibaldi) and with extremely helpful staff, especially Roberta and Daniele, both of whom speak excellent English and have very constructive travel / tourist information for guests (they both deserve a special mention.) We would stay here again - and daily room rates are also reasonable .

Solo three night stay. Room was clean and of a good size and hotel is situated close to the station. My thanks to the employee who helped me when I cut my finger on a bread knife at breakfast - she quickly helped deal with the problem and bandaged me up. I am grateful.

My experience was exactly what I wanted on vacation -- fantastic location (near the central train station and metro), clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff -- all at a very reasonable rate. Signs help guests locate the hotel, as the side streets are narrow and confusing. Don't miss breakfast and/or a drink on the patio! I will definitely stay there next year and on other future trips to Naples.

Handy location, quiet room

Our room was clean and comfrtable, with a balcony. The room was nice and quiet, despite being in a farly busy location. Very handy for the Napoli Central and Napoli Piazza Garibaldi stations for visiting Pompei and Ercolano. The breakfast was good and there were options for a gluten free diet. I would have appreciated the facility to make hot drinks in my room, but this doesn't seem to be a standard offering in Italian hotels.
