The staff helped me solved a situation cause I lost the key of one of my luggage and everyone helped and tried to help me ..They also kept my huge luggage till I come back 😄..Breakfast is delicious and very well served .

Bed was very uncomfortable No air conditioning room was hot and stuffy

even if the location is not the richest and cleaniest, everything is close in walking distance. Metro station, Circumvesuviana, Spaccanapoli, Lungomare easy reach. Free coffe and kettle in the lobby. Breakfast good, the sweet pastries and buns excellent. We were staying 10 days. Negative comment: even if there are a lot of TC channels, only the five italian channels works

Great staff, very clean, good position but trains started very early and ran late - so noisy
