Very convenient location, right around Napoli central station. A lot of restaurants to choose from. Many tour packages pick up point is also closed to the hotel. The only downside is noises from trains other than that good hotel to stay.

While the location of the property is close to station, thats the only good thing about it. We had a very bad experience with everything else. When it was raining the water started coming in the room through the windows at midnight while the family was asleep. They couldn’t fix the problem and we had to put layers of towel on the windows to prevent the floor and our luggage from getting wet. Only a sorry was offered for the inconvenience. The bar served one of the worst Aperol spirit that we had in Italy. Food options were limited, understandable but they were all frozen food that were warmed up and served. The evening host was unhelpful and it seemed she was occupied with something even when there were no other guests in the lobby. The bathroom size was okay but you have to be a genius to get the right temperature from the shower.

Big rooms. No fridge. Water and cake at reception. Simple, but good breakfast. Devoted maids. Receptionists are speaking french, despite you talk in english. Small kids corner. Free coffee and hot water for tea. Clean lobby. Small and slow lifts. A bit old furniture in the rooms. Great balconies. Big bathroom. Lots of plug-ins.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful from beginning to end. A big thank you to the entire team for making our experience so pleasant and memorable. A special thank you to Federica, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She kindly arranged an early check-in for us and also gave us an additional hour for check-out, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and, above all, such wonderful and attentive staff. Many thanks to Ouness, Adriana, and Viviana for their kindness, warm smiles, and excellent assistance. Our room was spotless, the bed was big and extremely comfortable, and everything was perfectly maintained. The hotel’s location is also fantastic—right in the heart of Naples, very close to the city center and the central train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city and traveling around. Thank you once again to the entire team for your hospitality and kindness. You truly made us feel welcome, and we would be very happy to stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Booked one night arriving by train from Sorrento, before a morning flight out of Naples airport. The hotel is close to both train stations and in walking distance from the historic city centre. Small lobby and bar. The room was also small and the shower room was the tiniest I ever stayed in. There was a balcony overlooking the train tracks but we were not disturbed by train noise during our sleep. Globally OK for one night...

Good stay, room very simple but comfortable. Location is very practical but not very nice but this is Naples, it is as it is. Room temperature was just perfect, in these hot days this makes the difference. Staff was friendly and helpful, but please don’t leave the water just there for 24 hours with rotting lemons.

The room was clean and spacious, and the cleaning staff were absolutely lovely. However, I find it difficult to understand why a hotel in a hot Mediterranean city like Naples has carpets throughout, including in the rooms. Because of my dust allergy, I did not feel comfortable using the air conditioning, as the air came through a wall unit that seemed likely to contain dust. At the same time, I could not leave the balcony door open because the room faced the railway tracks, with trains passing frequently except between approximately midnight and 5 a.m. With the balcony door closed, no air conditioning and a carpeted floor, the room felt stuffy, and unfortunately, my allergy became much worse. I asked one of the cleaning ladies to vacuum the carpet again, and she kindly did so, which I really appreciated. I strongly believe that carpets are unsuitable for a hotel in a hot climate. They retain dust, are difficult to keep completely hygienic and make little sense in a Mediterranean city like Naples. You can have breakfast, but apart from that, the food/snacks they offer throughout the day are the same as they sell you on a train bar. The staff at the reception were kind and correct.
