When we checked in the gentleman at reception was rude and abrupt. The welcome drinks were 2 bottles of water even though they had alcohol for available at reception. The breakfast was basic.

Arrived around midday and was offered a room which was very welcome as I'd left on an early flight from the UK - this was much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was quiet too. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful topping up the items when requested. Also a kettle and complimentary tea bags/coffee were provided for use day and night in the reception area. I would have preferred one in the room but this was a reasonable alternative.

Good location — accessible to most places by foot. The staff were friendly and the service was consistently good. A small downside is that the shower is a bit difficult to use, and it would be better if the water pressure could be slightly improved.
