The wanna be managers don’t know left from right! Very rude and careless if you are or not top tier members! Never got my waters and my change/ from the bar ($12.50 euros) in the bar! They took my rewards point and never let us check in! Rude people and will never recommend this ibis for anyone! Ever!!!

Good location and warm services. Near the train, bus, and Metro station. only 5 minutes walk. A lot of delicious restaurants within walking distance. The most important is the staffs with very good services.

We booked 3 days in May 2026 and we found the hotel services exceptionally good. Breakfast was truly good and the room was clean and the staff was very politely and friendly. The hotel is located 120 meters away from Napoli metro and 300 meters away from Napoli main train train station where easily you can go to Rome, Salerno and Sorrento.

This hotel is very conveniently located close to the Naples central station. Literally less than 5 minutes walk after you get off a train arriving at the central station.
