The blankets provided were only one-and-a-half size for a double sofa bed, and there was no duvet cover. Breakfast quality was very poor, with no allergen information displayed. My wife, who is lactose intolerant, became ill after eating scrambled eggs that contained lactose and had to stay in the room for the entire day. When I complained, I was told the eggs were made with lactose-free milk, despite the fact that earlier that same day we had been told that lactose-free milk was not available when we asked for a cappuccino

I want to tnx two girls in Reception for welcoming and hospitality, the issue was for reception in night shift it was not helpful and not answering the telephone in the night time .
