Rooms are ok, but the staff is below poor: they don't have the answers to the simpliest questions. The breakfast was supposed to be until 10.30, but before 10 they told us they were going to close the buffet. On behalf of the next day, they didn't know what time they will close the breakfast. Last night we had to go to the supermarket to get decent food for our kids. Being a tourism professional myself, this hotel doesn't provide anything but a terrible guest experience with absolutely no desire to ever return.

Difficult to find real fault with the hotel, we received a upgrade and the rooms was clean, bed very comfortable, shower well equipped with good shampoo etc. Restaurant and bar was good. But… looks like a 5 year old was responsible for CUTTING IN the paint work in the bed room. Breakfast was good but limited. Could not find any English programs on the TV not even the news. To summarise for a one night stop it was fine. Staff were very helpful

We felt welcomed on arriving at the reception. It was a positive surprise when we were offered free room upgrade to the newest room concept, which is from our point of view very cozy. Welcome drink was also good gesture from the hotel staff. Well done!
