Not up to other Novotel hotel’s standards, areas and amenities dated, cold tasteless eggs as well rest on offer. Bread was not allowed to be toasted, but placed next to the toaster-only to be used for pancakes was the reason. Hmmm. 5 euros each for a pool towel, head not allowed in water with out cap/head covering- hygiene was the reason!!! Really!!!

The blankets provided were only one-and-a-half size for a double sofa bed, and there was no duvet cover. Breakfast quality was very poor, with no allergen information displayed. My wife, who is lactose intolerant, became ill after eating scrambled eggs that contained lactose and had to stay in the room for the entire day. When I complained, I was told the eggs were made with lactose-free milk, despite the fact that earlier that same day we had been told that lactose-free milk was not available when we asked for a cappuccino

Très bien placé ; personnel agréable mais lent à l'accueil, Chambre correct bien que ne trouvant qu'un stricte minimum à l'intérieur sd D assez petite porte s'ouvrant sur WC Petit déjeuner sans plus : personnels agréables, mais pas assez de choix (viennoiseries, pains, etc...) Une note super : on nous a fait le cappuccino machine Bar parce que celle mise à disposition nous sortait du café et du cappuccino horribles Merci au personnel et il faudrait que ce soit comme cela à chaque fois : nous venons en Italie aussi pour le bon cappuccino ou café un bon petit déjeuner avec de vrais cornetti italiens aussi ! si possible

We choised the hotel beause we stayed in anothers Novotel, in France and Spain, and we were very satisfied about them. The other reason was the swimmingpool. But it was very very warm, you have to review it. A part of it, all was correct

Ottima accoglienza al mio arrivo. Mi viene assegnata la camera 401, posizionata in una zona silenziosa dell’hotel. Questa camera PUZZAVA letteralmente di fumo! Segnalo subito e mi viene assegnata la 421, camera identica alla 401 ma per fortuna era ok.

Da diversi anni, mi appoggio al Novotel di Caserta, quando sono in viaggio verso la Calabria o la Sicilia. Posizione ottima, con ampio parcheggio all'ombra. Uso della piscina per rinfrescarsi e stanza essenziale, con tutti i confort, silenziosa e pulita.

Hotel situato vicino all’autostrada, ottimo per spezzare i lunghi viaggi nord sud camere tenute bene, personale gentile, la colazione non è eccellente e anche il servizio di ricarica di auto elettriche è veramente difficile da attivare
