Staff friendly and obliging , allowed an early check in when flight arrived in early on day Unfortunately I left personal items in room on an early check out , when I went back to collect said items later in day after sending an email via the hotel enquiry page , when I discovered I left items at 9am , no items given to lost property by cleaning staff

I do not like surprises when I travel and this Ibis gave me exactly what I expected - close to the historical city center, comfortable beds, a squeaky clean room, very polite receptionists, and a safe stay for a single woman traveller. The shower is quite small and there is no chair in the room, but those were the only downsides.
