as well check the rain shower heads of the rooms as they are very weak or some need to remove calcaire.

I stayed 2 weeks at the pullman Kong Power. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was good. The cleaning team was also friendly. However the overall hospitality of the hotel is below average for a five star. I missed my initial check in date and arrrived the next day. I asked to move that first night to be an additional night at the end of my stay and they declined, I asked for a discount to book another night in replacement and they said no show is fully charged. At checkout they ask me to pay for a glass of water broken in my room and some random snacks that I did not have. I stayed in similar hotels all over the world and no one has ever charge me for a single broken water glass. The check-in team was professional but not friendly.
