it was good and convenient. there is really not much around though. everything was great, the friendly service, the rooms, etc., except that the aromatic smell was a little too much- overwhelming to say the least

In Madrid's 6-degree weather, the heaters weren't working. Some of the staff were quite rude. Hotel services were very poor. They were missing basic necessities like kettle, toilet brushes, slipper, and other essentials. The hotel tried to gloss over any issues rather than offer a solution or solution. I don't plan on using the all.accour group again.
